I called Joe and he made it to my home and got right down to business within a few hours! Joe is a no nonsense guy who knows his stuff and gets right to it. His high level of experience is evident from the start and he tries to repair your problem as efficiently as possible. Our repair ended up being a bit more complicated but he just pushed forward and got the job done. It was wonderful that he had the parts he needed in his truck and did not have to schedule as second visit. We finally have an "Appliance Guy" we can trust! Thanks Joe!

This is the second time I've used Joe's services. First time around, he replaced the glides in my dryer. This time, I was having trouble with my washer which wasn't draining or finishing its spin cycle.
