I used Tender Touch for my move within Toronto based on a recommendation from friends. This was the first time I used a moving company, but I was impressed.
The two guys (Peter & Elvis) who showed up were on time, friendly, and took great care of my possessions. They even had to take apart my desk to get it out of my old place but put it back together perfectly at the new place. The guys did a ton of work moving my stuff and really hauled ass doing it.
My move did take longer than expected but only because I had a lot more stuff than I realized or quoted, so make sure you fill out the questionnaire as accurately as possible so they can assess your move properly.
All in all I would use this service again and have already recommended it to others. It was well worth the money.
