Sure Loc Interlocking - Out of Business

Sure-Loc just completed an extension of our driveway and front walkway with interlocking stone. The demo and install took one afternoon, with final touchups the following morning! Danny was extremely helpful in setting up the project, and also provided great suggestions for stone selection to complement our home. Gina was very approachable, and ensured we were completely happy with the end product. The excavation and install crews were unbelievably fast. The final cutting crew (Gio's team) are highly skilled and detail oriented. Gio especially took care to address a visual alignment issue by re-installing a section of stone to work perfectly with our design. Competitive pricing, and if you're looking for a quick install, a great company to go with. They were able to accomodate us later in the season than other companies with very little disruption to our lives.

Sure-loc completed a project with a backyard neighbour early this year and we were impressed. We then contacted Paul and he has been an amazing sales rep throughout the entire process. The job exceeded our expectations, the employees were very helpful and extremely respectful and it was a fantastic experience to have a large job completed within two days (and to see how the teams work so well together). We want to take this opportunity to thank Paul for being AMAZING and for the men who were so respectful and so diligent in their workmanship at our home.

a couple of weeks late starting job but did complete driveway in one day. Neighbour complained about gravel and base material left on their property and some areas of interlock left without sand. Called about the sand and 2 workers came on the Monday and completed sand. It was several days later that the neighbour brought their problem to my attention. I decided to remove gravel and sand myself and replace with soil and decided to wait till spring to add grass. Brought this to sureloc's attention and they told me to let them know how much I spent and they will send me a cheque. I believe them and I will contact them in the spring. The driveway and front & sidedoor steps were well done. Each crew arrived and did specific jobs and were professional and curtious. Paid 10% up front and the rest when job was finished. The price was much less than the other 3 estimates I got from some very well known companies and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I have not had any difficulties contacting the salesman, Danny, and I had the pleasure of the owners sister dropping by with a bottle of wine as a thank you for being a customer. I have already recommended sureloc to 2 good friends who also liked what they saw when they visited. We are located in Branpton and have no objection to Sure-loc giving our location to potential customers as we are very proud of how our "new" home looks. Thanks Sure-loc, Glen

We recently got some work done by Sure-loc. We only have good things to say about them....great people and amazing crew. My wife called them for an estimate and Danny from sales showed up. Nice guy. We really liked him. I had earlier gone on Homestars and done some research. From what I could tell after reading the reviews was that their work was really amazing but you had to follow up with them to get your work done. We expressed this to Danny. He told us that he would be the point of contact and assured us that we wouldn't have to call him and chase him to get the job done. He was absolutely right. He called us the next week and gave us a date when the work would start. True to his word, everything moved like clockwork. We were really amazed by the co-ordination of these guys. First a bunch of trucks showed up to drop the material. Soon after, the excavation guys showed up. Their leader was this amazing guy...we didnt get his name. They dug up everything in a matter of hours. Soon after they dug up everything, excavation team showed up in a truck with a caterpillar and in a couple of minutes he and the team cleared up all the debris. Our three year old daughter was watching from the window and was amazed at the speed they were working at. Right after them the stone laying crew showed up and were equally efficient. They finished the job in a couple of hours and did an amazing job. Sure-loc was incredible. Their price was reasonable and they were really professional and respectful. I apologize for the lengthy review...but I had to do justice to the amazing service rendered by these guys. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
