Streakfree Window Cleaning

this the second time and now after giving them a chance after the first poor service,
(work charged for and not done) will be the last. Received a quote recently for cleaning and repair of a downspout-important work of repair needed on time as other contractors waiting.
Anway, two sub-contractors sent by David, (after having assured me that he didn't use sub's., only employees ) turned up with no knowledge of the downspout
needing repair. When they contacted
Streakfree were told "It was a misunderstanding" despite confirming the job, on the phone several times.

I purchased a Groupon for Streakfree to do all my interior and exterior windows. I booked an appointment, confirmed it the day before. My husband took the day off for the day as per David from Streakfree they would be there at noon. Didn't show up, several calls and emails to David and the company were not returned. Thanks. Now I have a Groupon credit instead of a refund thanks to Streakfree not honouring a deal.

He was on-time, professional, friendly, courteous, removed his shoes, and very fast.

Windows are spotless, crystal clear. Wife very happy. Excellent value. I highly recommend this individual and company. We will hire again next spring.

I've used Streakfree twice, and both times, the guys have been so rushed, they missed some eavestroughs, leaving them full of leaves. The generally do the ones within reach first, and are more inclined to skip the ones higher up. I called them less than an hour after they left, and they said they'd come back. Never did. So I'm really not impressed and can't say I'd recommend them to others.

I hired StreakFree Windows Cleaning because they had high rating on the HomeStars and came up with a reasonable estimate. The guy did a great job, was able to communicate to my mother who doesn't speak much English and even did something she asked for that was not part of the estimate (cleaning part of the roof) - thanks guys!
I also liked the company because as soon as I called them they dropped the estimate in the mailbox right the next day and came in as soon as I asked to - very swift communication!
I will hire them again for sure, thanks a lot!

I don't usually get enthusiastic and do something to compliment a supplier. In this case I was impressed enough with the price (after 3 different quotes) and the job Streak Free did for me. I won't use any flowery language but it was just plain value for my money.

Streak free was one of the few companies that actually answered the phone and gave me a date for eaves cleaning within a couple of days. They did a fantastic job, and gave me a great price - I think it was the lowest price among the competition. My only complaint is that it was drizzling on the day we scheduled the cleaning, and they didn't show up, didn't warn me that if it were drizzling they would cancel, and didn't call to cancel. I even called them, and didn't hear back until the next day. They did call the next morning and showed up that day and did a fantastic job. So all in all, I'm VERY happy, and would definitely use them again.

David has been taking care of a number of us on a Cabbagetown street, clearing eaves and cleaning windows. He is personable, energetic and first-rate at his job -- he always goes out of his way to help. Recently, when we had a wet basement, he even came by on a busy Saturday to clear the front eaves to make sure that was not adding to the problem. We highly recommend Streakfree.
