I recommend calling Jay! Really nice guy and did a great job! I originally got some work done at the condo and wasn't completely satisfied with the service. But when Jay learned that was the situation he took measures to resolve the issue. I would recommend using Steam-Kleen. Overall, I'm happy with the final product, the price and the service! Carpet Steam Cleaning
I do not recommend using this company! I received a quote for bedroom cleaning at my condo based on the exact measurements of the room. The guy that came to my condo just said the price will be higher than what was agreed on the phone, but could not give me a reason as to why. After I paid for the service, I was waiting for my change (a few dollars) but the guy just laughed at me saying he was going to buy coffee for his friend! I then wrote a review to let others know that I was treated poorly. Jay contacted me back offering a free stairs cleaning as a compensation for the bad experience that I had in the condition that I delete the review. After I deleted the review I tried to contact them to make an appointment numerous times but they kept saying they were busy and may contact me in the future. Sure enough, I never heard back!!! Overall, I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and do not recommend using Steam Kleen!
