Been leaking sooner but no one was there to inspect it. We called them every week and had someone go over only because they thought we had a garage roof to repair. When they
Were told about the leak they did not fix properly we were told another crew would need to fix it with a torch on. We tried to get the other crew out but they kept giving us excuses. We were told that they would not fix it under warranty. DO NOT use this company is my advise.

I would like to compliment Absolute Roof Solutions for the excellent work involved in completing my roofing project. After explaining what I wanted, your representative Kevin Luethi was clear and accurate about the scope of materials, costs, and labour that would be required. He presented a detailed proposal outlaying all aspects and a time line for completion of the job. Work began and was finished as promised.
Follow up inspection was completed by production Manager Keith Kinvig.

Absolute Roof Solutions were absolutely wonderful! Keith (Project Manager) and Jaye (roofer) were both professional, easily accessible, and did a great job to ensure the work was done correctly from the start (and cleaning up after). We started out with just roofing, but quickly saw that we would need to replace the window and stucco on the dormer for the project to actually solve the water ingression issue. Absolute recommended their sister company, Kerr Construction. You can see my review of Kerr under that company, but just a quick warning here, DO NOT USE KERR if Absolute refers them to you. Unless you are a really big project (e.g. renovating an entire house), they will subcontract and not be responsible for the quality of work, or the time in which it is completed. See if you can get Absolute to work with another construction company on your project.

Had a complete roofing removal and replacement. The work was done quickly, and the installation quality was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly and overall it was a very good experience. Would definately recommend.

The price quoted by Absolute Roofing was slightly higher than some other companies, but we decided to go with them due to the professional demeanor and competence of their estimator. We were not sorry we chose them due to their excellent service. I was pleased that they cleaned up as they worked. There was no mess left when they left for the day. They protected my garden as well. I lost no plants (unlike some other gardeners I know who used other companies). The crew was respectful and quiet as they worked - no loud swearing like I have heard while walking past other roofing jobs. When I needed help replacing a fan later on they sent back a crew to do the roof tile removal and patching for nothing.

Abosolute Roof Solutions recently put a new roof on my house. The price was very fair and they did a great job. They sent a larger crew and got it done even faster than anticipated. The workers were all professional and friendly and they put in some small extra touches that made a good job a great job. When they were done my house was clean and neat and no debris left laying around. Thank you very much. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Office staff were very helpful and courteous. Estimate appeared to be very fare price. Work was started and completed as scheduled. Workers were fast and efficient and left everything neat and clean when the job was complete. Would not hesitat to use Absolute Roof Solutions in the future.

After much research Absolute's estimate was competitive and work was started on time and completed as per contract. Our Inspector's requirements were duly executed. Personnel were courteous and care was taken to protect gardens and walkways during demolition and replacement. Anticipated loud music, profanity and lunch litter was not a problem. the only critism was their tardiness in removing equipment from our garage after work was completed. Standard of workmanship was very good.

Thatcher, Keith and their hard working crew delivered what they promised. Quick work, quality cleanup at days end, no property damage, minimum intrusiveness and a great looking new roof. I highly recommend their services and would be sure to ask for the crew that did our roof!

We hired Absolute Roof Solutions to install the roof on the new house we were building. They were fast, tidy, and very professional. Price was right, too. I'd definitely recommend them.
