Space Solutions by Organized Interiors

I purchased my first home , a 1 bedroom condo in Toronto, in early 2013. After a few months, I realized that space was at a premium and I had to be creative with the space that I had. I stopped into Space Solutions and spoke with Paulina about how to redesign my bedroom and storage closets to maximize my space. We decided upon two wire element systems, plus a lami glass door for the bedroom closet. During the visit, we determined that wood would be better in the bedroom closet as opposed to wire. Installation took one day, start to finish. Install started at 10 am and I was organizing my shoes in my new closet by 4:30 pm! Paulina even called the day of the install to make sure I was happy with the hardware I selected. I look forward to working with Paulina and Space Solutions in a few years when I buy my next home!

I have worked with Space Solutions on 3 different occasions and I have loved all three projects. The most recent one was a Murphy Bed in our cottage. What a difference it makes and our guests are thrilled. Paulina has been the designer for 2 of our projects and her ideas are amazing. Jorgen came to meet me at a visit to a condo I had just purchased, and designed the perfect Murphy bed/storage solution for our "+1" room. The room had to function as a bedroom most of the time, but also be able to transform into an office when necessary. It worked brilliantly! Christopher was so very helpful, and Jorgen's design is just wonderful!

Space Solutions provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. I'm thrilled with my new closet, which gave me so much more storage space in my small condo. Harry's advise was on the mark when designing the space for maximum efficiency. The installer was polite, clean and fast! He went above and beyond to help patch up the holes from the old system, which I appreciated. I'd highly recommend Space Solutions to anyone looking to creat a custom, functional space at a good value.

I have a giant pantry cupboard in my kitchen with 6 very deep shelves. The height between shelves is also nice and high. Because of the size, this cupboard has been stacked with stuff for over 25 years and got to the point where there was so much stuff shoved to the back, that it just went bad or expired. It was too much effort to take everything out just to check what was back there. I went to Space Solutions Showroom at Eglinton and Bayview to see what they might have as a solution. I was greeted immediately and was given a thorough, professional and polite explanation of what they had to offer. I was immediately taken with the metal storage bins on rollers with varying heights for the bins. I bought one for each shelf. But the installation, although appearing easy enough, did seem complicated to me as four holes had to be drilled into each of the existing wooden shelves to secure the tracks for the wheels. I couldn't figure how I would be able to get my drill inside the cupboard and to the back of the shelf to drill downward to secure the screws, let alone see what I was doing. So, I asked them if they could provide an installer. Absolutely! It was about $100 to do the job, but worth every penny. The installer had this special tiny power drill just for jobs like this. He was a wonderful man, and did the job flawlessly. I was so pleased. Now I have these great pull out bins on each shelf and a neat and tidy giant pantry cupboard. Excellent service, fantastic price (as the bins were on sale), and superb customer service. I would go to them in a flash for any storage organizing needs.

We just downsized into a newly built townhouse and needed to make the most efficient use of less space -- on a budget. Barb Laroque worked with us to determine our storage and organization needs and then came up with a plan for closet inserts and kitchen cabinet inserts that are just perfect for us. The whole experience, from initial meeting to completion of the installation, was seamless and pleasant. The installers were prompt, courteous and clean. We love our new closets and we have never been so organized. This is a great local Toronto company that gives much better service than the big guys at better prices with exceptional quality.

We needed to create a home office in our basement and visited the showroom for ideas. After a great design consultation with Andrew we decided on sliding three panel lami glass doors to enclose an alcove. The doors were made to measure and were ready sooner than we expected. Pat the installer was professional, friendly and did an awesome job. We were really impressed with attention to detail and the follow up. There was a small flaw in the glass in one of the panels, and a new panel was quickly ordered and installed to replace it.

Our space has been transformed into a sleek and bright home office. The doors create the privacy we need yet makes the most of the available light in the basement. We absolutely love the doors and have received countless compliments on the finished project.
