I was very glad that I made my mattress purchase at Sleep Country. They were very knowledgable and made my mattress purchase very easy and rewarding. I was offered a few different mattresses to choose from within my price range and I am very happy with my mattress purchase.

We got a great pillow-top mattress at sleep country. Very attentive service. Also, their pillows are great, too, if you can get them on sale. Customized specifically for different types of sleepers.

The sales associates were very helpful, as they knew a lot about their product. They made it easy for me to chose a product that would best suit me and gave me confidence that I would be satisfied. The companies warranties are great which also helped to sell the product. With free delivery and being able to have 30 days to test your mattress out at home allows you to get a sense of your comfort. I had many questions and each and everyone was answerd to my happiness. I would recommend Sleep Country to others.

We had a great experience at Sleep Country and would suggest that anyone looking for a bed please stop there. After alot of looking around we went to Sleep Country to do a price compare. They had an amazing sale on and the staff really took alot of time explaining the advantages of all fo teh beds and educated us on the best ones. I did not feel that they were out to complete a sale ( even though they are comssion based) rather I felt that they wanted the best bed for me.

You always hear their ridiculous commercials on the radio/tv... but they really are as helpful as they sound! I was so impressed with the service here, we got a great deal on a queen size mattress. Delivery was very prompt as well. They also removed my old mattress which was extremely helpful.

great service was provided in choosing a bed for our toddler. We were ale t0 save avout $400 by taking the advice and getting the super duper mattress and last years box spring. Surprisingly putting this pe ofmset together was alot cheaper than taking this years box spring. We had it delivered and the delivery guysnwere courteous and eferything went smoothly. Kid loves e bed too!

DON'T TRUST THE SALESMAN when you are told that you can put a deposit down to hold your bed, the salesman will tell you that at anytime in the next 2 weeks you can come back in and they will refund your money right away. They fail to tell you it can take up to 2 weeks to get your cash in hand. And what I mean is I had put a deposit down of $120.00 and on Sunday I went in to the store to get my money back because I found the same bed for $300 cheaper at leons, that i was told that Sleep country has to have accounting from there head office write me a check then mail it to me, which who knows how long that takes then its mail to me by Canada post, then my bank will put a 5-7 day hold on the check. before I can spend MY MONEY!!!!

I bought a bed, delivery was fine, they took my old bed, delivered within the time, very friendly. My bed was too firm, went back to look for a softer one, before the 60 day. I choose one, but not 100% sure. I want to check out reviews before it gets delivered in case I change my mind. Head office and local store can't help me. They have their own name and I can't research it online and when I tell them this, they said it's a great bed and you got a good deal. I'd like to hear that from someone who does not work at sleep country but it doesn't seem to be possible. The name of the bed I have does not even show up on the Sleep Country website. Very frustrating. They have my money and that's it. New bed being delivered next week. I'm hoping for the best .

"Why buy a mattress anywhere else?" Well,unless you want them to deliver damaged good AND damage the current furniture you have in your room, steer clear of sleep country!
The day my king size mattress and box springs were delivered, the box springs were both damaged and the mattress had a lovely hump in the middle. I unlike a lot of people dont have time to waste with a new delivery (not to mention they took my old bed away - oh, and donate it? since when to you get charged to donate a mattress and box spring?!) they compensated by giving me a sleep country gift card! THATS useful after spending thousands with them!
What pissed me off the most was the nice big scratch they left on my mirror in my room. WHY WOULD YOU LEAN ANYTHIHNG AGAINST A MIRROR?! They made me send pics then decided to send someone out to look at it... more wasted days waiting for these fools - would it not cost them less to return $100 to me instead of going through this bs? They claim they didn't do it cause its at the bottom of the mirror... what does that have to do with anything?! Would I really waste my time with this if it was there before?! NO! DONT EVER BUY FROM SLEEP COUNTRY!
