Horrible company, they refused to service and fix my alarm. when I tried to cancel my alarm after the contract expired, they refused to acknowledge that the account was cancelled.
They still keep sending me invoices, despite the fact it was cancelled in November 2016. Avoid this company, they are very dishonest!

My VP of Operations and I have tried to reach you on several occasions to discuss your situation but you have failed to respond. I also replied to your negative comments made about our company with the BBB but you failed to respond to it as well after you initiated the process. BBB has now closed the matter. Unfortunately for SafeTech, as we were looking forward to getting their input about your precarious position. Firstly, your above comment is grossly unfair and less than truthful. The alarm system SafeTech installed at your residence was 3 1/2 years old and you were not paying for equipment warranty. We offered to attend your home, investigate and correct any issues you were having with the alarm system for a small standard service call fee but you refused to pay. We next offered you a free service call based upon you entering into a new renewal agreement, however this offer was also declined. We continued to provide 24/7 monitoring services to you until spring/summer of 2017 even though you stopped paying us for monitoring services in November 2016. You were receiving invoices from us because your account was not cancelled, this I have verified and we were still providing monitoring services to you. I am more than happy to send you your account activity log showing system traffic and usage since January 2017 as evidence. Please contact me at 416-229-9902 ext. 225 so that we can discuss the matter further and I can prove to you what actions SafeTech has taken.
