I had all the windows in my house replaced in two days (except for a couple they had already replace). I called Israel and gave him an estimate of the sizes and number of windows. Later the same day he came back with an estimate of cost and approximate time for installation. I trust him enough, that I didn't even tell/ask him any of the details with regard to the type of windows he was recommending. I've previously had other doors (patio and side) installed. We also used them in our first house, from top to bottom. We would not waste our time calling anyone else. I don't think you can get a better recommendation.

We wanted to have an enclosure, including a roof over our front porch... Very satisfied with quality and workmanship that we received... Excellent installation services... Will hire Rusco again for my future projects... Their installet, Jerry, makes sure everything is absolutely perfect!

I had four small windows at grade level that needed replacement. Timing was critical as my driveway was being replaced and I had to have the windows in before the driveway.

Rusco responded promptly, provided a written quote, recommended the solution, built the windows and sent a superior installer to complete the work on time and on budget.I was veru impressed with the qulaity and the timiliness of the end to end service.
They are proud of their work and first class in every respect.

I contacted several awning companies. Rusco was the only company which called back promptly, sent their rep. within 2 days to give me the quote and finished the job before the quoted time. I also liked their payment option of credit card. The bill was mailed to me promptly. I was very satisfied with the service. So far as product quality. I cannot comment since I believe that it takes time at least a year for the exterior product to prove their qualityafter going thru 4 seasons.

Rusco was an excellent choice for our side door awning. We were treated in a courteous and professional manner. All work was done promptly and to a high standard. The sales person was very helpful in explaining options and the installer actually did some extras willingly and to our specifications.

We would definitely use this firm again and recommend it most highly to others.

On March 2009 I had an aluminum awning(10x22)installed.The work was comlpleted in one day.We were very impressed with the installers they were courteous and pleasant. It certainly adds to the appearance of our home.

We recently had Rusco Distributors replace a garden patio door on the 20 year old addition to our century farmhouse. We were also delighted that they were willing to travel the distance to our small town which is over an hour from their showroom. I found their company online when I was researching Gentek doors. When it came time for the installation of my doors, Rusco did not send
an apprentice like some companies. Rusco sent Jerry, one of their experienced and knowledgeable staff.

We found Rusco through Homestars & found them to have the best mix of window/door quality, service and price. Israel has been very helpful as a great source of knowledge and patience during our extensive research last year. Pre-existing problems were discovered during the installation (missing or sub-standard ceiling in bay window, and door-frame to garage) were quickly addressed and corrected at minimal additional cost. I've dealt with many individuals and companies providing home products and services but none compare to the way Rusco stands behind their work. For example, the glass door insert we bought had a very small imperfection in it - when Israel saw it he not only immediately said that he would replace it but did so in less than 24 hours!
