My Husband and I just purchased a new home and wanted compliment our beautiful home with the backyard of our dreams. We wanted to ensure to do our research before deciding which company we would hire to recreate our vision. At our last house, we used a different well-known pool company and we didn’t have a good experience. There was a lot of hidden costs. After weeks of research, we narrowed it down and entrusted AquaSpa Pools to transform our backyard. Evan and the team were a pleasure to work with from design to finish. Their attention to detail and fantastic customer service made us very happy with our choice. We now have the backyard of our dreams and couldn’t be happier!

We decided to do our pool and landscaping project in the summer of 2017 with the intention of having the project completed for spring/summer of 2018. We wanted to go with a reputable company since this was going to be a significant investment for us. We originally reached out to Royal Stone to do the design and met with Marcello and decided to have them do the design. Marcello was great to work with and was very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. They first of all created an amazing design that incorporated all the aspects we were looking for - we ended up changing a few things which was easy to do with them and they were very flexible and willing to accomodate our changes. It was great to have the extra time as we met with Marcello and the team several times before finalizing everything. I did take the design to out to some other companies to get quotes, etc. Royal Stone came in at the middle of the road in terms of cost - they are not cheap or a bargain by any means, but I quickly realized that paying a little more was totally worth it!!
The project started in the fall of 2017 and these guys work super fast. They have big teams and very skilled folks doing the work - they did over 2000 sq ft of stone and these guys knocked it out in about 5 days!!! They managed to get about 80 percent of the project done before the winter hit. Also, there were several changes we had to make on the fly and Royal Stone just rolled with it. They returned in the spring to finish off the project and John took over as our project manager and he was also great to deal with. Our project did not go off without a hitch - we ended up with a rip in our liner before we even used the pool and also some pool plumbing that went wrong. However, the one thing about Royal Stone was they were on these problems super fast and got them resolved very quickly. This was the benefit of working with a reputable company that also has a store front and showroom - you know where to find them!! We've had many family friends over so far this summer and everyone of them has been totally blown away by the work that was done - Royal Stone basically created a 5 star resort in our backyard.
I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I don't regret using Royal Stone to do this job. I would highly recommend them for your pool or landscape project!!

UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER - JUNE 29, 2021: The great service and quality work continued. Three years after our project was completed Royal Stone continued to impress me. I had some repairs to do on my interlock, plants and an issue with one of my pool lights. John made sure that all of my issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Install is important but the service after is just as, if not more, important and Royal Stone has continued to live up to its great reputation. Thanks to John Perri and team for your continued great service and commitment to excellence. 3 years later, still VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We were considering replacing our current interlocking porch and driveway for several years now. We started looking at potential companies this Spring. We entertained several estimates with varying costs and timelines. I came across Royal Stone on HomeStars. There were positive reviews and also the fact that they had a showroom made a difference. It is always a good idea to go in and actually see samples, products and speak to someone face to face.

We visited the showroom and met with Mike. We gave us some options and provided us with some information. Mike came over the next week to do an estimate. Their estimate was higher than some of our previous estimates. We felt comfortable with our initial experience with Mike which contributed to our final decision. We decided later that same week to have our project be handled by Royal Stone. We visited their showroom one week after our initial visit to finalize the project.

Normally they have a 2 - 4 week wait period. Fortunately for us Mike was able to schedule us in the following week due to a delay in one of their scheduled jobs. Locates were done timely. The material was delivered on Wednesday that week and the job was completed by Friday of the same week. Ken (worksite manager) and the crew was excellent. They descended on my property like ants and they all knew exactly what was needed to be done and worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at night. I was amazed at the work the guys did. Being a larger company they had excellent coordination of the material and equipment, trucks etc to ensure that the project kept moving along without delays.

Mike and Ken was on site both days to get the job going and to check in on the progress with both the crew as well as us. Mike was great at answering questions and alieving our concerns. We were always able to reach him via phone, email or text. He came the next day after the job was complete to install our side entrance gate and even brought a few extra stones to be used as step stone for a short walkway to our back deck.

We are pleased with he outcome of the work thus far. Many neighbours and passerby have commented on the work. Some people have took the time to stop and inquire with us as to the further details about the company contact information etc.

Shorty story, these guys did great work and I could not be happier with the job.
Long version, after having issue with a contractor who kept pushing back starting work I call royal stone for a quote. Mike was quick to come out and give me a quote. The price was around the range I expected for the job. Mike was great and responded quickly anytime I contacted him. The work done was amazing and my neighbours keep complementing the work. The attention to detail make all the difference and these guys nailed it. I would hire them again with out question. Well worth the money.

Over the summer we consulted several companies to manage our project of a new driveway, front porch and patio, front landscaping,side walkways, and back patio. We were impressed with Evan's professionalism from the time he came out to give us a quote. He was prompt with the design and submitted a complete cost breakdown of the project with no surprises. He was very patient and responsive to our many questions. We felt confident to proceed with Royal Stone for such a major undertaking.
We were pleasantly surprised when Evan was able to get a team to start our project within a few days of us signing on to proceed.
Even more impressive was the military-style timing of the team. They arrived on time every day, in what can only be described as a convoy ,to get the work done. They worked efficiently from early in the morning to very late into the evening to ensure the work was completed in a mere five days. Evan was on site every day and this allowed him to be able to suggest a significant change in the design of the back patio with an outcome that was was even more pleasing than originally designed.
He followed up with us even after the project was completed to ensure we were happy.
We have had many compliments on our new front and back yards, from neighbors and passersby.
We have no hesitation in recommending Evan and Royal Stone for any outdoor project. This large company is very professional and efficient. They strive to make sure their clients are satisfied.

This past July, Royal Stone Landscaping transformed the outside of our home. We had wanted to landscape for many years but were put off by many horror stories of shoddy workmanship or unfinished projects. During this time we took note of the work Royal Stone had undertaken in our neighbourhood. We reached out to them and began working with John, who would eventually become our Project Manager.
