I went into our basement one morning, and noticed incges of water everwhere! I made one call to RotoRooter - they were there in an hour and quickly sorted out what the problem was. We had a crew there by lunchtime, and the pipe was dug up and replaced by mid-afternoon. The drain is warrenteed for 20yrs, and even if we sell the house it will transfer to the new owners.
