We have used Rightway twice in the past 12 years. This time was for a different section of our flat roof and once again we are very satisfied - the structure is sound and completed the way that was agreed.

Martyn and his team were very professional and did an amazing job with changing out all of the shingles on our roof. We had a lot of damage this year with some bad storms in the area. Martyn helped to assess the situation and gave us a competitive quote. His team was quick to do the job and a couple of minor touch ups afterwards. They were able to schedule the work while we away on vacation. It was amazing site to return from your vacation to a new roof! Thanks to the team at Rightway Roofing!

I had a problem with squirrels and Raccoons Martyn and his team came out the the first time and was able to plug up the damage that the rodents did. Now they somehow got in again and thank to Martyn and his team they showed up quick and resolved the problem again they replaced all of the roof vents, that’s how they were getting in the second time. After a few bad storms we discovered a leak. Martyn responded immediately and our roof was inspected - and repaired - the same day !

With the heavy rain the city experienced in the last month, our old roof finally gave away and we developed a leak on one of the worst nights of rain. I called four companies the next morning and I have to say that Martyn was the only person that not only promptly answered the phone, but he was ahead of schedule in getting his guy over to assess the damage and then himself coming over and explaining the situation to us. All on the same day.

We liked the fact that he was upfront and honest with the assessment. We knew we had to replace our roof in the next couple of years. He could have patched it up but was honest that it would be cheaper for us in the long run to replace the roof now than spend money on a temporary fix.

Once we decided on replacing the roof, the rest of the process went smoothly right from delivery of the shingles and skip to his team coming and replacing the roof. The work done was neat and professional.

At the end, we are glad that Martyn came through on what turned out to be an unexpected event for us.

I just got the roof redone and from dealing with Martyn to the actual workers and work done, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. There were no hidden surprises as Martyn delivered on all his promises. The actual work was completed on time and professionally.
