I have booked Reliable annually for 3 years to steam clean our carpets and the technicians have consistently delivered excellent service and results. Today was no different. Dan is passionate about his work and it is obvious in the results achieved- a stubborn stain - gone; and an old but beloved chair revitalized. Awesome. Feeling grateful.

things going the experience was more than satisfactory. Dan was super professional and helped with the moving of stuff as well as take a liking to my dog. would recommend Dan and reliable for all your carpet cleaning needs. The time taken was great as well.

I contacted reliable carpet on Tuesday and by Thursday Dan came out to my home. He was courteous and professional and after some preliminary questions and conversation he got right to work. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and I could see my sofas actually getting cleaner as I watched him work. He was in my home for approximately two and a half hours and when he left everything was meticulously tidy. I truly appreciate the work that he did.

My cat urinated over the cushions of our brand new couch! Our warranty would not cover it b/c the stain was not visible enough and wouldn't cover severe odour and they said they would only send a cleaning kit. We were heartbroken and disappointed. From a quick search I found Reliable. Right away I knew we found the right company to help us! She was knowledgeable, understanding, and she went out of her way to contact a technician to visit us same day! Ivan visited us right on time, was courteous and professional throughout and explained everything he was going to do. He even waited until my husband was finished his business phone call. So thoughtful and understanding. I would totally recommend Ivan and Reliable to anyone! We are very happy with their service! Thank you Ivan and Reliable!

Reliable Carpet & Upholstery Care have been our go to carpet cleaners for years. Their service is fast and efficient.

We are in the process of moving and decided to have our two area rugs
(good quality) cleaned prior to the move.

Tsultrim came to pick up when he said he would, no waiting around and had them returned cleaned and wrapped when he said he would.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who requires carpet and or upholstery service.

May 2018 - It was time once again for the spring carpet cleaning and we were very fortunate to have selected Reliable Carpet & Upholstery Care Inc Excellent work performed by the technician, Gord. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a great job!!
We will definitely use Reliable again.

I had my area rug for several years and never had it professionally cleaned. There was an old tea stain and a newer pet stain, made worse because I attempted to clean it. Tsultrim let me know when he picked up my rug that they would try to clean the new stain using an extra cleaning service but if it was unsuccessful I wouldn't be charged.

After a few weeks he called to follow up to say that the stain could not be wholly eliminated. When he arrived with it, it had definitely improved and the older tea stains were gone. Since it was on the corner we could rotate the carpet 90degrees to hide it. Tsultrim insisted on laying the carpet himself to my satisfaction. He was very helpful, prompt and professional.

I found reliable carpet & upholstery through reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Dan was the technician that took care of my microfiber couch. He showed up on time and gave me a very honest estimate. He was very clean and throughout with the couch. Every single centimeter of the couch was cleaned including the cushions. My couch had a mild cigarette smell to it before and after the cleaning, it is gone. I’m very pleased with Dan’s work and would recommend this service to anyone who’d ask.

Frank arrived the day after I called to steam clean carpets in two bedrooms. He was very professional and efficient. The carpets had been neglected for some time and were quite dirty, but Frank made them look like new. I will be sure to call Reliable again.
