Dan was the man! Showed up on time and couldn’t believe how quick and efficient everything was done. Sofa and stairs look like they are brand new. Definitely will be calling in the future!!

I found this company through Homestars based on the great reviews. They were right! The company was very responsive, informative and accommodated my schedule. Dan was very friendly, did a great job on my sofa and dining chairs and actually saved me money by being honest about the condition my very inexpensive carpet was in after our dog decided it was his preferred bathroom.

Frank did an excellent job on my chairs. He took the trouble to move them away from my expensive wool carpet. He is quiet and efficient, and a hard worker with many years experience in this business.
Frank explained to me the best ways to spot clean, and also told me about cleaning services offered by the company for area rugs.

August 2018. This was the first time I had our wool rug professionally cleaned, and I’m happy I found Reliable: excellent customer service from the first phone call to inquire and get a quote. They were prompt to schedule pick up and delivery times, and they followed up as agreed. They did a great job: The rug looks great, with vibrant colours and soft as new. Tsultrim, who came to pick up and deliver the rug, called ahead of time to indicate approximate time of arrival; he explained the cleaning process for our particular rug, and impressed me as very approachable and knowledgeable about carpet and rug cleaning. I’m quite happy with the results and the customer service. I found the price is reasonable too.
