WOW! Steve and Dan are a real find! They are extremely competent, honest, and friendly and I highly recommend them. They've been to my house twice to clean my carpeting and they are the ONLY people I'll ever call in the future. I found them on Home Stars and they certainly live up to their "Reliable" name and their excellent Home Stars reputation Three cheers and a huge thank-you Steve and Dan for bringing us Reliable Carpet!

Steve did a wonderful job cleaning our 15 year-old (approx.) carpets. He was courteous, very knowledgable and friendly. While he did a through cleaning, he kept it simple. The carpet looks lovely and refreshed, and feels soft. No residue leftover that makes carpets feel crunchy and hard. Steve was even kind enough to clean one of our area rugs at the last minute. The price was very reasonable, and the high ratings are well-deserved. Would definitely call again.Thank you Steve!

I have used Reliable since 2005 and am completely satisfied with their service. They efficiently clean the carpets in my house and make them look great. They replaced the under padding for my basement carpet after a flood and got rid of the mould and the foul smell. And they did a great job cleaning my leather sofa. All at a reasonable cost. They are friendly, flexible and great to work with.

We've had 2 small children and a nanny in our house for the past year and the carpet in the basement (play room) had turned in to a disaster. Called Steven at Reliable Carpet and he came by. Very flexible with timing, easy methods of payment, a pleasure to talk to and most importantly, the carpet looks brand new as do the stairs leading to the basement. Stephen did an amazing job removing the stains and grime from a sofa that had been in a common area of our building for many years, then in a basement storage room. He was great to work with: knowledgeable about fabrics, flexible about scheduling, and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be calling him in the future.
