My cat urinated over the cushions of our brand new couch! Our warranty would not cover it b/c the stain was not visible enough and wouldn't cover severe odour and they said they would only send a cleaning kit. We were heartbroken and disappointed. From a quick search I found Reliable. Right away I knew we found the right company to help us! She was knowledgeable, understanding, and she went out of her way to contact a technician to visit us same day! Ivan visited us right on time, was courteous and professional throughout and explained everything he was going to do. He even waited until my husband was finished his business phone call.
