Full refinishing of antique bowling floor and old hardwood of 3000 square feet. Much patching and other trim finishing. Fantastic response to a very aggressive time frame. Absolutely stellar results. Hardworking and trustworthy crew. Great follow up and very responsive. A team that really cares and takes pride in the result.

My wife is not easily satisfied, she is an interior decorator and is very particular about everything in the house. Thanks to Dave at Rafina, this was a headache free project. We received great service and the product and workmanship was of excellent quality, Overall we were very impressed and my wife will be recommending Rafina to her clients...Thanks Dave..

Excellent work from David and his men from Rafina Floors.I had new hardwood installed by another company in my kitchen & family room. They were to match the color to my existing hardwood floors in living & dining rooms.It was a disaster.Rafina Floors resanded & stained them and did an excellent job of matching the color.They were friendly,hard working,knowledgable,fast and very capable of doing the job right the first time.I would highly recommend them.

We had Rafina Hardwoods install our new floors, and we were extremely satisfied. It was a pleasure dealing with David, and he was right on time with the delivery and installation. His price was better then other quotes we received, and we couldn't ask for better service. Everyone compliments our floors when they come into our house and we are proud to refer our friends to Rafina Hardwoods.

After searching several different companies throughout the GTA to install the high end product of Cabrueva Flooring, it was a pleasure to finally find Rafina Hardwood. The customer service was excellent. Colin, Rafina's sales associate, was very knowledgable, and the company in whole was very accommodating. Since dealing with Rafina for this very high end project, we have continued to deal with them on 3 separate projects. Again, all going very well pleased with the product pleased with the service pleased with the pricing. We look forward to continuing our business relationship for many years to come.

Do not ever use Rafina Hardwoods Inc. to put in hardwood floors for you. We hired them to put in new hardwood flooring in our house. What we got were 3 inch pieces of hardwood with lots of scratches and imperfections. There are so many defects with the hardwood and the workmanship is so poor that we've been told it would be impossible to fix without having to take out the entire floor. When we first spoke with Rafina Hardwoods Inc. it sounded like we were getting a good deal but it turned out to the one humongous mistake on our part. We've tried to contact the company for the last 3 months with no luck.

Company Response: Our company was contacted by these homeowners several months ago. They had some smoke damage to their house. The insurance company was willing to pay for new hardwood floors in their house for the first floor only. They had no extra money to spend but wanted to put hardwood flooring through out the 2nd floor of their house with the money that was to pay for the first floor. Now let it be clear that our company specializes in Custom Homes where the proper amount of money is spent on the hardwood floors. We knew of a company that manufactures a lower grade hardwood that would be available to do their entire house. They agreed to the product and to make a long story short they have issues with the lower grade product. Let this be a lesson to all who think that you can get a top quality product for a steal of a deal.
