I needed some work done on my HVAC as a result of my renovation. David was recommended to me as the result of a chance meeting between myself and a former client. He was very thorough in his assessment and recommendation of what was the best solution needed. As it turned out his solution was much simpler and much less costly than I anticipated and it had the added benefit of making my furnace run more efficiently. No hassle, no pressure. I called to have the furnace and AC replaced in my parents home. I had three companies give me quotes. Kevin came by and was the only one who actually inspected the existing units before giving me his quote. He suggested we not change the air conditioner as it seemed to be running strong and there would be little benefit to upgrading it. He quoted me for a furnace replacement and spent so much time explaining everything and answering our questions. Quality arranged a pre and post inspection of the installation after the sale and even organized for an audit that gave us $1250 in rebates. I'm very happy and feel taken care of with this company. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great from the get go. David came to give us an estimate and was very patient and answered any questions we had. Which there were quite a few lol. Kevin his son who handled the financial aspect was also amazing and took care of everything from that end and was also very helpful through the process and always available if I had a questions or concern. The installers were nice guys very polite and did great work.

Kevin and his crew installed a furnace and Air Conditioner in my recently purchased home. They were accommodating and thorough explaining everything through before hand, addressing any questions I had. They gave me a great price too! Our furnace was leaking (turns out that it was the air conditioning unit located above the furnace), and we needed someone to take a look. We called Quality Home Comfort on Saturday morning and they were able to come later that day. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem, and didn't charge all that much, so I have nothing to complain about. We'll be calling them again next time with future furnace/AC issues!

Customer service is prompt wether on the phone or by email . I had an Ac installed in my house. Service men were very knowledgable. They educate the consumer. Would definitely recommend.
