I've had the alarm system since we moved in almost 2 years ago with little problem. We've set off the alarm a few times by opening the door, forgetting to de-activate the alarm. We never got a phone call to check on us from Protectron, even though they say it's monitored. Last month we decided to get a security camera. Out of the month we've had it, it's worked for a week, week and a half MAX. We've had it replaced once, 3 technicians show up, and talked to no less than 11 different "technical support staff" who's real job seems to be transferring you to other people without helping you, or telling the next rep what is going on, so you have to explain yourself all over again. One rep even told me to look up my problems on Youtube! I finally had enough, and told them to take out the camera and give me a refund, since it was more trouble than it was worth. Going to look for a new company now. No alarm trip callbacks, bad cameras, unknowledgeable customer service staff. STAY AWAY!
