Perola designed our kitchen in the Spring of 2001. Although we were very happy with the final design of our kitchen, there were several other problems. They were 5 weeks late on the promised installation date!! If the cabinets are delayed, then the installation of all of your appliances have to be delayed. Living in the home with a one year old baby, with absolutely no kitchen at all, was a nightmare! They kept making false promises on a weekly basis, saying it will be ready on "date x" for sure. When we finally recieved the cabinets, the installation was terrible! I had to get them to come back to our home 6 times to fix the following problems: poor staining job in several different areas, very poor job of screwing cabinets into the wall,remove glue-like sealer from all over the glass on the glass doors, correct poor finishing where cabinets met our walls. This company was very unprofessional and provided terrible customer service. There are too many cabinet makers in the GTA to put up with this kind of poor service.
