I have been using them for years for furnace/air conditioner tune up. Always show up between the scheduled hours ( a 2 hour window).

Purchased two identical furnaces for different houses, and one furnace isn’t working to my satisfaction. We had a service technician come to the house for an after hours service call and his response was "everything is fine we just need to get accustomed to the furnace".

The thermostat is set to 79 F and the house is still uncomfortable between furnace cycles, sadly, the old furnace was doing a much better job at heating the house.

Still not convinced the furnace is operating correctly, I spoke to the office manager who promised to contact the service technician and get back to me with a response. Two weeks have passed and I have yet to hear back from him. I am hesitant to place a second call as the office manager came across as I was annoying him. Even though the company's sales department was great, the after purchase support is lacking to non existent. I am hesitant to make subsequent purchases.

Today's customer service is lacking terribly, but not at Peel Heating and Air Conditioning. Excellent service from start to finish!!! Don, the sales rep, was amazing and it just continued right through to the service guys, Marcel and Bradley. They arrived on time, were very thorough, neat, professional, friendly and caring. They restored my belief in humanity. I guess there are still some companies out there who really do care. I would highly recommend them to family and friends!!! Great job!!!

I recently had Peel Heating install a new furnace and air conditioner. We are extremely satisfied with their work. From the sales experience through the installation everything was first class. Shaan and Marcel did an excellent job with the installation. Highly recommended.

I called Peel Heating's office when no one showed up for a previously scheduled furnace maintenance appointment. Patricia immediately saw there had been a date mix-up; resolved it by promptly re-scheduling another technician to come out that same afternoon.
