Allan and Mark arrived on time and got straight to work. They took their time removing the old furnace and installing the new one. They replaced pipes so that the installation was in line with current code. They were kind enough to provide explanations throughout the process right to the end. They gave the option of setting up the wifi thermostat and walked through the process there too. They were pleasant and cleaned up after they were done. A job well done. Thank you.

I had my hot water tank replaced by peel heating and air conditioning. The guys Ray and Shaan did a wonderful job. They called to say what time they are coming and showed up exactly on time. They laid down runners to protect the floor and was very clean in completing the job. This is one job that I was most satisfied with. The furnace had started to run inconsistently, turning on and off seemingly randomly and not in correspondence to the thermostat. The technician identified fairly quickly that the flame sensor needed to be cleaned and did. The furnace has been fine since, that was just over a week ago. The technician also recommended signing up for a service plus agreement which made this service more affordable and includes 2 more maintenance visits. It just made sense for the difference in price.

Peel Heating and the technicians working with us, Shaan and Marcel, were very professional, courteous and kept our home clean. It was an absolute pleasure working with them; having them remove our old furnace and install a new one along with a thermostat. Furnace stopped . There was a bag in the pipes. The bag was removed and the furnace started to work .
