The service tech was on time, professional and quick to find the issue and to repair it. He had the gas turned back on in no time at all. Great work, would refer them anytime.

I recently had the furnace and a/c replaced by Peel Heating and Air conditioning. I've dealt with this company in the past and decided to have them complete the install as they've proven to be knowledgeable, efficient and professional all the years that they've serviced the equipment in my home. The installers were on time, friendly and completed the work making sure to clean up and leave the as if they hadn't been there at all. They took the time to go over the new furnace and A/C with me. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a furnace or A/C replaced.

Alan and Mark arrived on time and proceeded, as per the contract, to remove the old furnace and replace it with a new high efficiency furnace. No surprise. They also arranged for the old furnace to be taken from the end of our drive before they departed - leaving everything absolutely immaculate. Again no surprise.

What was a pleasant surprise was what they did beyond the minimum promised. First they noted that our two drip pipes (condensation from the air-conditioner cooling coil and the humidifier overflow) went into different pipes to locations, a sink and a floor drain. The former was a real nuisance. They replaced them with a single pipe running tidily round the outside of the furnace room to the floor drain. Out of the way and very much better.

In addition, instead of just handing us the user manual. they took the time to demonstrate the new touch screen thermostat so that I could immediately programme it to match our preferences – and their demonstration was much easier to understand than the manual!

Finally, and the reason that I have waited a week to submit this recommendation, the furnace is much quieter than its predecessor and the heating is much more evenly distributed across the house.

Had yearly servicing done on furnace. Dave was professional, and was great at explaining some of the advanced features to help us increase the comfort of our house.

Excellent job by all involved. Very professional. Removed old furnace and installed new one. when done you could not tell they had even been here. Left furnace room and entryways spotless.

Very happy with the installation work from Ray & Shaan. These guys were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They even laid out runners to protect our floor which was much appreciated.

Peel heating diagnosed the issues with my old system. I made the decision to replace (as repair would be short term). The staff were professional and did a very good job installing the new furnace and air conditioning. The system is set up in a tidy organized manner (unlike the old one) the staff cleaned any mess they created. They were very polite to us during the entire process, answering any questions that we posed to them.

Great work, professional experience, Ray and Shaan did a fantastic job and clean up everything, I will recommend them to my friend and whoever need the work.
