Bill was my salesman. He took the time to explain the new furnace systems and suggested a good choice for my home. I was very impressed with the service from Marcel and Bradley. On time, courteous and tidy. Work was done neatly. Before leaving Bradley did a walk through to go over what was done and the start up of the furnace and AC. Bradley assisted in setting up the digital thermometer and the app on my phone. Marcel , excellent workmanship, especially with the furnace. And as Bill pointed out I would not have to concern myself with removal of the old items. It was done seamlessly. Marcel and Bradley did an excellent job!

From the salesman to the installers this was an excellent experience. All were professional and well versed in the product information. The installers arrived on time, answered any questions I asked and left the work site cleaner than when they arrived. They did not leave until all systems were checked and fully explained. I would highly recommend this company.

On the day of installation, Alan, Marcel and Brad arrived on time and worked in a very diligent and professional manner. There left their working areas cleaner than they found them and they stayed until they were satisfied that we understood all the functions of the furnace, humidifier and thermostat. We will continue to use this company.

The technician showed up on time with a courteous disposition. He completed the work and made some suggestions to further improve what I needed. To my surprise he then painted the pipe so that aesthetically the job looked great. It is true that it's the small things that matter when you are choosing a contractor, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Alan, Tom & Marcel, were exceedingly professional and curteous. They worked diligently all day to install the new furnace and A/C, without a break. They took the time to explain how the new equipment would be working, include the new thermostat. They left the work area clean and tidy, took all the old equipment and garbage away with them. When I mentioned how hot the furnace room was previously, they took time to tape up and seal duct work. The pipe work outside at the A/C is completely hidden against the fencing. Alan, Tom & Marcel went above and beyond in their service. Thank you.

MY WIFE & I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PEEL HEATING TEAM THAT DID THE INSTALLING. ON ARRIVAL THEY LAID FLOOR MATS, ORGANISED THEIR TOOLS & EQUIPMENT,WORKED ALL DAY & AT THE FINISH GOT RID OF THE OLD FURNACE/ AC, CLEANED UP THEIR WORK AREA. MARCEL & MARK & THE TRAINEE WERE A PLEASURE IN AS MUCH THEY KEPT US INFORMED ,WERE EXTREMELY POLITE & TOOK EXTRA TIME TO INFORM US OLD ,NON TECHNICAL GUYS O N HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT & THERMOSTAT. AT THE END OF THE DAY WE ARE DELIGHTED WITH THE OUTCOME. WE HAVE USED PEEL HEATING IN THE PAST & WILL CERTAINLY DO SO IN THE FUTURE..MANY THANKS GUYS YOU WERE AWESOME .. CATH & JOHN
