Called about a concern of a clunking sound on my new furnace They sent a technician within a few hours. The technician checked my furnace and found the reason for the sound right away. It was my humidifier running continuously replenishing the water level. The technician was very polite and professional.

Can’t say enough or how happy we are with the service we received from Peel Heating. Especially from Shaan, Norm and Paul. It started with Shaan a technician coming to help us when our furnace died. He did get it restarted, but advised us wisely that it was time to get a new one. Less than 24hours later Norm helped us with expert knowledge and patience on purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner. Next day Shaan and Paul we’re here to install. Very efficient did the job fast, and no mess. We are very pleased and warm with all the work and help. I would recommend this company and these three special employees. Justin came within the time frame scheduled and started at the thermostat by explaining how to change the batteries which had never been mentioned during previous maintenance inspections. Justin was also very informative in explaining the various steps that he was taking to clean and check the system's calibration. Justin was a pleasure to have come to our home and we hope that he will be able to come and check our furnace in the future.

Paul the Senior Technician came on a return visit with a part to complete installation of an April Air Humidifier. He was professional, friendly, competent and helpful. He pointed out settings on unit, explained purposes and answered all my questions.

Chris arrived promptly and did a very thorough job in preparing our furnace for the upcoming weather. He explained all available options in detail. Would highly recommend and will continue to use this company in the future.
