We had a major renovation due to a fire. So we had many trades working on our home. But by far the best decision we made was hiring Olympic Kitchens to reno our kitchen. They helped us choose the design that worked for us, worked with our other trades to get things done and on time, and generally managed everything with great patience and efficiency. And their response time was measured in minutes. Nothing was too much trouble and they went beyond the scope of their work. They were by far the best we have experienced on this or any renos.

We spent a very long time researching various kitchen cabinet/renovation companies, both high end & mid-range, as well as contractor referrals & we always walked away dissatisfied for one reason or another. By a stroke of good fortune, we saw an Olympic Kitchens sign posted outside of a very high end home under construction in our area. We contacted Olympic & have not looked back since.
We dealt with Andrea Panacci, a young lady whose youthful appearance belies her extensive knowledge, experience, discipline & attention to detail. That's not to mention her patience & diplomacy. When we had specific ideas in mind, she found a way to incorporate them. When there was something clearly wrong with our concepts, she kindly & diplomatically steered us in a more appropriate direction. The end result was a stunning kitchen reconstruction that met all of our wants & needs. See the photos. You will note that we basically copied much of the Olympic Kitchens showroom model. As part of that, we chose the same Caesarstone countertop displayed in the showroom. It was not just the material chosen that made a difference, it was the detail in the showroom design model. There is a 2" height on the facing edge, it is beveled & it has a 1/4" reveal beneath it. Short of employing an independent designer, this is not something we would ever have thought of doing, and yet it made all the difference in the appearance of the countertop! Olympic engaged Fabrica to install the countertop & they, like Olympic, were very professional in the supply & installation of the countertop. It is true that you get what you pay for. Don't scrimp.
We took such a long time finding a kitchen cabinet company that we had to replace our appliances in the interim. We chose the high end appliances that we ultimately wanted to have & we incorporated some of them into our existing cabinetry .Some appliances were left in boxes. I mention this because it was no small feat for Olympic to have to incorporate our pre-purchased appliances into their design. One of these appliances was a pull out exhaust hood that was no longer in production & for which specs were no longer available. Elias, one of the Company's owners, called for the hood to be brought into the shop so that a custom cabinet could be made to accommodate it. That, I think, is beyond the call of duty & a measure of the lengths to which this Company will go to ensure that you are satisfied with their service. So,10 stars out of 10, more if I could give them that. A stellar Company!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Olympic Kitchens. We worked with Andrew Bansley as our designer and I cannot praise him enough. He was very patient with us and helped in every way he could. Parts that had issues were promptly replaced. All care pre installation and post installation was great. I warmly recommend this company.

Once your kitchen is installed, Olympic takes no responsibility for defects or design in their work. The paint on my cabinets started cracking within a year of installation. They refused to repaint and instead offered to caulk the cracks. The undercounter recycling containers they used in their design are no longer available and their attitude is "it's not our problem".

I want to Thank Ilias at Olympic Kitchens for the fantastic work on our new Kitchen. The cabinets are stunning, the millwork on the cabinets, the color, every detail is amazing.
We had a picture in our mind of the kitchen we wanted. Ilias listened to our ideas and at the end he delivered exactly what we wanted. He accommodated our needs and was able to finish our kitchen ahead of time even though they were busy.

We did a complete kitchen replacement during the summer and are very happy with the result. Andrew planned the project from the Olympic side and was helpful and cooperative throughout the process. You went above and beyond to solve problems and make sure things were running smoothly...and you did it all with a smile on your face! This is really a testament to, not just how good you are at your job, but how you are a really good person.

Louie from Olympic Kitchens did what others said could not be done. We wanted an island in our new kitchen, he found a very creative and functional solution. He listened to our requirements and added design/function ideas....we never heard the words "no you can't do that" without offering an alternative and in many situations a better solution during the design process.
The folks delivering and installing the kitchen were very careful in our home and were meticulous during the entire installation process. The quality and workmanship of the cabinets was impeccable.

We recently used Olympic Kitchens when we renovated and added on to our galley kitchen. From the moment we entered the Olympic showroom and met Andrea and saw their manufacturing facility, we knew that they would be the ones to transform our dream kitchen into a reality. Andrea was so professional, polite and knowledgeable and helped us design and build a beautiful, functional kitchen, with all the modern conveniences, yet in keeping with the traditional character of our 1920's home. Andrea’s design ideas were invaluable to the outcome of our kitchen. All the staff at Olympic were exceptional to deal with and very accommodating, from the receptionist, to the draftspeople, to the fabricators, to the installers and even the owners. Our wonderful designer Andrea collaborated with everyone seamlessly. Our custom cabinets were ready even before the expected completion date and everyone who sees our kitchen comments on how beautiful it is and asks what company we used. The customer service provided by everyone at Olympic was excellent and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Last fall we had Louie and his team from olympic Kitchens install a beautiful custom kitchen for us....We were so impressed with the design, and customoer service, it was with no reservation we went back to him for our bathrooms. We began the process in may and what a great process it has been, back and forth creativitiy flowing coming up with the perfect design....Louie's patience with our sometimes wild thoughts is a great asset for the company. I can't wait for the finished product to be installed in about 6 weeks.
