As a person that has been in the service industry I have relied on consumers choice to provide me with all my renovation needs since 1993. Over the years on a few occassions I've had to count on the manufacturers lifetime warranty plan. Consumers choice went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was covered. The sales rep; Irving Korman, was informative and resourceful to facilitate this result. My 5 star rating is not based on how things start but how they finish! I feel strongly that my investment should have a shelf life beyond the day it was conceived! Consumers Choice has measured up over the years and put me at ease. Consumers choice found a way to resolve any situation and instill confidence in me that has resulted in a 17 year relationship. I've been very impressed with the overall quality of service that Consumers Choice Home Improvement has provided me, since I first entered into a contract with them. I am very happy with the exceptional products the company has provided me with.
The windows are absoulutely first rate in design and include the most recent state of the art glass technologies, and are precsion built and are made to measure. That is important when you have a home like I do with irregular shaped and non standard sized windows. Consumers Choice windows are also filled with an inert gas called argon, which make them an extremely quite window as they block the noise extemely well, on top of being well insulated. That is important when you live in an area like mine. It can get real cold and windy where I live during the winter, and very noisey on summer weekends during the height of the tourist season. These windows perform really well, and reduce the noise levels when party season starts. Now what I really like about the windows is that they have proved themselves to lower the heating bills, and save money on top of it all. The company has been a total pleasure to do business with, since I first saw one of their displays in a mall. The staff are all knowledgeable, courteous,and professional. The installation staff do first rate work and are fast. Most important,they clean up after themselves. How would I rate my experience with the company? Top Marks, for sure! I'd recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, Consumers Choice was terrific. Our sales person Danny was very informative and a pleasure to deal with. He was thorough in describing the windows that best suited our home. The installation team was amazing. In the day that it took them to install our windows, they did a very professional job. Their customer service and attention to detail was amazing. The representative who initially visited our home was very helpful in working with us to decide what type of windows and doors would work best for our house, within our budget. The installers were professional and courteous; they got the job done quickly and they did it very well. Our new windows and doors look great!

I first heard about Consumer’s Choice when I was at the International Home show. I did not know anything about the Energy Star program being implemented by the government, the staff at their booth was very informative and assisted me in booking an appointment with a salesperson right there! Within a week from the time I was at the homeshow I had a contract signed and my windows were ordered. A great experience from start to finish, thank you Consumer’s Choice!
