Mike Skakich was straight to the point and gave us all relevant information about replacing our windows and doors. He also gave us insight and walked us through the steps on how to get money back from the government because we were having so much work done. He was very knowledgeable with the products he provided and was able to answer all of our questions. Dennis the installer is an amazing customer service person! They paid attention to every detail and were able to accommodate all of my requests. They were professional and took the time after installations to show us how to care for the windows and doors as well as showed us how to operate them and how the mechanisms work.
