Nk team was very reliable and professional. The took care of my belongings from packaging to delivery. I will strongly recommend Nk movers to friends and associates. Thank you for the great service and the professionalism which is very hard to find in the moving industry.

Got a phone call the night before the move and was told that the 26ft truck had broken and they were sending me a slightly smaller truck. 3 movers showed up the following morning with a 17ft truck. All that fit into it was my boxes - I had to be out of my house by 2pm and had made serveral calls to NK movers, they assured me they were sending another truck for my furniture. At 1:30pm when they would no longer answer any of my calls I rented a Uhaul. NK movers charged me the complete price quote plus some, did not refund me for the uhaul I had to rent and are now not even answering my calls

Truck arrived 3 hours late, smaller than what was needed so 2 trips needed in rush hour which made the move way longer than it should've been. Plus they lost some screws and damaged some furniture. Never again!

got their flier of a store and called them for my relocation. did a good job. my friends moving out will be using them also. a guy names vikram was very helpful. id want him to be on all my moves. yall should give them a shot.

I moved with nk the first time a driver named Adam and another named Harmon they were great wrapped all my stuff took care of my walls i even gave them a great tip due to there kindness and care. The next move i ask for the same crew they said yes then sent me a guy named aj who was rude not experienced and took 3 times as long my carpet had mud my walls were ruined if the same guys from the first move were there it would of went good do not move with aj at nk

moved my out of my mothers house. pretty nice guys and polite. I most especially like the woman over the phone that helped me. would definitely use them again, probably when I move out of this apartment.

they were to arrive at 10 am .. which they did .. and thats about all they did right .. after an hour they were still moving stuff into the cube van .. after 2 hours they were still moving stuff into the cube van ... all the while harping on money ... when asked about no hidden fees .. well .. they said .. no hidden fees.. but there's kilometer charge 60cents per .. and they charged by the hour .. quoted 287.40 .... final price 642 ... for 6 pcs of furniture of which one they didnt know how to take out of the basement .. so it got left behind and some loose items ... slowest ppl .. ... worse part is .. they were recommended by my sister who had them move her house of stuff to a new house of which they took forever ... were late and what have you ... the lady at NK movers said she'd make it up to my sister in some way .. this was their way of making it up .. by being slow .. and over charging ... would i recommend them .. not if it were to save my life ... burn me once shame on you .. burn me twice shame on me ..

We hired Nk movers and had the worst experience ever! They showed up an hour late, with 2 trucks instead of 1. Took them 5 hours in a tiny apartment. They took an hour for lunch, which we were charged for. I had to vacuum the couch because the one driver did not want to get his clothes dirty. Even with directions they got lost. They were very unprofessional. They didn't put the things where we wanted, one of them rode my bike down the ramp, with a flat tire. we heard glass breaking. Boxes that were marked fragile where put on their sides with other items on top. The bbq was about to topple off the truck, we caught it before it fell. When we started unpacking we found so much wrong. Our big screen television ( 65 inch samsung curved 4 k ) was broken, something was dropped on it, you can see the marks on the tops corner. Can now only see 1 third of the screen. They had roughly put our headboards against the wall and chipped the paint. Our lamp was busted, our computer desk had pieces broken off and just left to the side. A victorian 4 poster bed with chips out of the head board and foot board, the vacuum cleaner pipe dented, laptop had a busted corner. Our hardwood floor had scratches across it. Somethings were only wrapped in plastic, some in cloth and none wrapped at all. We were charged an extra 500 dollars because they ran over our time limit. We spoke to Joe two days after. He said we signed the waiver and that any broken items MUST be reported before the drivers leave or they aren't responsible. How can you possibly check two households in an hour? we saw a lawyer and unfortunately they cant do a thing because of the contract. DO not use this company.

Booked them to move my 3 bedroom house two days before and the movers showed up on time, with tools, floor runners and extra copies of all my paperwork

The movers (decklon and 2 other guys, can't remember their names lol) were great, really professional and efficient

office staff was polite and courteous

i had a lot of things go wrong with my last move and NK movers really put me at ease and took care of me, definitely using them again

I chose NK Movers because the girl on the phone (Nikke) insited on no hidden costs. I was given a lower rate than other competitors and because of the emphasis on no hidden costs, I chose this company. The movers were late and took almost double the estimated time. They even had to come back the second day (where they arrived late again and took an hour lunch) and for both days I was charged for an extra hour of travel time (sounds like a hidden cost to me). After talking to the owner, he only budged on taking off the supplies cost (another cost that I was not prepared to pay) even though almost all of my furniture was already pre-wrapped. The team on the first day was fairly competent but the second day, the team was extremely slow and scratched my walls and furniture. I am so disappointed and would strong advise others to look at other companies. Maybe other people were lucky but I certainly will never use NK Movers again.
