I have had a constant issue with water leaking into the basement of my building. As we are situated in Yorkville we cannot waterproof from the exterior,there is no room. I contacted New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.They're Technician arrived and stated that this can be done from the interior. I went ahead with the work required. The work was done in a very quick,clean and profesionnal way. It has rained since the work was done and I haven't seen any leaks. Thank you very much to all at New Canadian Drain and Plumbing.

Problem happened at night time when I had people over to my house.
Toilet wasn't flushing.
We called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing and they managed to send plumber to my house right away.

We recently had new Canadian Drain and Plumbing do a major overhaul of our sewage system. This involved replacing the original 1937 cast iron stack with ABS, and digging and replacing our entire sewer line right to the city junction.Since they had to dig up a portion of our basement to complete the work, we also had them rough in a bathroom in the basement and install a backflow valve while they were at it. It was a large expensive job, but we knew it needed to be done. The guys from New Canadian were polite, professional, and hard working. I was not only impressed with the job they did, but also with the way they did their best to minimize the impact of the work on our family. I highly recommend them.

We have been having problems during heavy rainfalls with water coming into a basement(extension to house) from an inside basement wall. We have had several assessments on how to resolve the problem and the only recommendation that made any sense to me was made by two reps, Salva and Jocelyn from New Canadian Drain. They worked quickly and efficently and resolved the wet basement problem. There have been heavy rain storms in the past few days and the basement has been dry.

The sewer backed up into my finished basement where my laundry room and home office is. Nightmare! Jocelyn, Nick and Andrew did a wonderful job beginning to end - including a perfect cleanup. Tears have turned to smiles! Thanks guys!
