Not often do I take the time to write a review for a service or product I have purchased, however, based on the exceptional service I recently received from Milani Plumbing I felt it was the least I could do. The girl who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Our technician arrived as scheduled and was extremely courteous and professional, even taking the time to explain and show me exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the plumbing issue we had called about. I will certainly be using Milani Plumbing again in the future, should the need arise.

Yesterday, two of your plumbers installed a new water tank and liner in my house. It is rare these days to get good service- really rare!! Both guys were exceptional: they were courteous, very knowledgeable and friendly. I just wanted to pass this information on to you so they get credit for a job very well done. I will be using Milani again in the future.

I experienced a problem with the main water shut-off valve to her unit. After much investigation, it was found that the management of this complex did not have the necessary blueprints that showed where the main outdoor shut-offs are located. Milani was contracted to find the answer and fix the shut-off valve.

Damon and Shane arrived here this morning, on schedule, in the rain, and proceeded directly to attack the problem. It was a bit difficult, but their persistence and knowledge prevailed, and the proper main shut-off was located, and the house shut-off valve replaced without incident.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to these two gentlemen for their professionalism and excellent work. I would recommend them forthwith for any plumbing problem anyone might have.

Before this work commenced I was quite apprehensive about it. Damon and Mike put me at ease and worked through the problems and corrected them.

I was very pleased with the work. The problem was fixed after we had been struggling with it for some years now. Furthermore, the cold zone in the basement is now working properly. The technician explained everything carefully and cleaned up once the job was completed. Thank you!

The furnace company that installed the furnace has been bought out and the new owners have no interest in servicing existing furnaces so I called in Milani who responded very quickly - within 2 hours the technician was at my front door! Job servicing the furnace was well done by a very pleasant and knowledgeable Paul. Will definitely keep on using Milani.

We were very impressed with the Milani technician who visited our place on Thursday. He explained what needed to be done very clearly and in a friendly manner. We also liked the way he was very respectful and didn't talk down to us. If we have another problem in our home, we'd like the same technician to come and fix it.

I called Milani to repair a leaky water main pipe in our basement and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!

The dispatcher arranged the appointment time within a small timeframe (much appreciated!).The technician showed up on time, inspected the problem, confirmed where the water main shut off was at the street and then explained various options to carry out the repair which would also include the addition of a pressure reducing valve. He carried out the repair within his estimated time and then inspected the pipes as he slowly turned on the water main once again to ensure there were no problems. The technician was really friendly, knowledgeable and provided some great insight and suggestions into when we do our other renovations.

We discussed re-piping the supply lines in the future as our home was built in 1953 and still retains the original copper and steel plumbing and drains as well as replacing the existing steel drainage pipes with ABS and installing a sump and/or a sani-plus system when we add a basement-bathroom.

We will definitely have Milani back to do more work in the future. Their service was great!

The technician that came out to my house was great (Ruel was his name I think). Very professional, clean, honest and skilled. This is the second time I've called you guys in the past 5 years and both times I've been pleased. You get what you paid for.

Very pleasant and professional. Fixed problem quickly and offered lots of helpful tips. Also tested water pressure and wrote recommendations for insulating pipes and using the dryer heat to warm our laundry room.

The guys did a great job! We will be using your company every 6 months to clean out our sanitary sump pits. The guys were courteous and professional , cleaned up after themselves and didn't cause any disturbances to our residents. They are welcome back anytime!
