Matt had come to fix our hot water tank in the summer and we were very happy to have him come back and fix the furnace. He was extremely professional, efficient and did a great job.

A few weeks ago, my kitchen sink was stuck. I immediately called this vendor as it is referred by my friend to come. They came promptly and provided really excellent services. The problem with my drainage was solved quickly and they provided me with tips to help me not clog up my drainage in the future. I like their services.

Boiler and HWT needed tune up due to humming sound. Ali was an excellent and well trained technician; he was also very courteous and professional. he did a great job.

Overall I was very impressed by the people at Milani plumbing who helped replace our very old furnace with a new Lennox G61MPV.

I especially appreciated hearing the trade-offs for venting before the work was done plus being informed of a potential plumbing issue left by a previous company.

We are very happy with our new Lennox furnace, particularly the very even air-flow and temperature throughout the house. We are confident we made the best decision to have Milani install it.

Boiler is making very loud banging noises. I was very impressed by the service performed by the Milani technician on November 17, 2011. He was very professional. So far, the boiler works very fine.

John was very knowledgeable and informative as he explained everything to me as he was proceeding with the inspection and repairs that were required on this visit. Many thanks to Milani for installing my gas furnace. It works beautifully and is very efficient. The guys had the old one ripped out and the new one up and running in a few hours. Our technician Ali did excellent work, although he did not have the list of individual jobs that I updated Milani dispatch with prior to him coming. Also, one job that I asked be done was suggested as a do-it-yourself project. When he was finished, everything was tidy and looked very professional. He gave us tips on what work we could do ourselves but encouraged us to call him if we needed help. We will definitely come to Milani for more work.

Ali just completed a full overhaul & repair of our heating system and repaired our Kohler toilet. He is an asset to your organization and we will definitely be a return customer. Ali explained step by step what he was doing, he was always on time and cleaned up after he was done. Someone asked us who we hired for the work and when we said Milani, they replied, but they're very expensive, the expense was worth it. We have peace of mind that the job was done correctly.
