Pay heed to the warnings expressed by the recent messegers. This company offers horrific customer service, and I could go on and on about their delivery nightmares. If you lead a busy career/lifestyle, anddo not have time to chase these people down regarding your purchases, I urge you never to buy from this company. Spread the word to your colleagues that this is NOT the place to buy.
Yeah, the furniture seems nice, but you will probably never recieve it. They will never help you over the phone (or return your messages), and are completely rude and unprofessional. If you go into the back store (as I did), trying to find out what on EARTH happened to your couch/furniture item, you will note that they are pathetically disorganized. Its a wonder that this company still exists. If change does not come, I doubt they will be in business much longer. . . .

We discovered the store driving by one Sunday, and decided to have a look.
Wow! The place is full of incredible buys. Our only wish was, that we had found it sooner.
We placed an order with Mark for eight Parson chairs. They are gorgeous. The arrival date
was set for the following month. Surprise! They arrived two weeks earlier! The Johnson's were the best in service bar none. The whole experience, from entering the store to receiving our shipment
was outstanding beyond our expectations. We have become loyal customers forever!

We had very specific requirements for a sofa that other stores either couldn't accommodate or
added so many extra charges that it wasn't worth it. At GH Johnson's Trading Co. we were able to get our sofa custom made, exactly the way we wanted. The extra cost was excellent in comparison to the unreasonable quotes from other stores we visited. Our salespeople were knowledgeable and patient throughout our order. We are absolutely grateful for our sofa and look forward to using it for many years to come.

GH Johnson's had really good deals. You have to know what you want and expect delays in delivery but the prices are good and I had no trouble finding furniture that I liked.

My wife and I recently learned we were expecting our first child, so we went back to GH Johnson`s to look for new furniture, it`s where we got the rest of our stuff a little while ago. While we were looking around we ran into Pat, and were very suprised he remembered us from the last time. When he heard about our situation he made a point to deal with us personally and give us the best price possible - which let me tell you was a lot of help, because as I`ve learned babies are more expensive than we ever guessed. He gave us a fantastic deal, and the personal attention - and advice! - that we got was something you don`t find much nowadays. Love the store, and even more, love the family that runs it.

I found everything I needed to redecorate my living room on this website. The site was easy to navigate and the the people in customer service were so helpful and friendly. They even shipped to Montreal! I highly recommend using GH Johnsons!
