Thank you Tom and his team for a job well done. Everything was stated clearly on the contract and they showed up at 7:30 and was done by 1pm. The driveway was cleared, no junks left behind. The GAF roof looks great. Everyone was very professional!

I just had my roof done today and needed to get this review up ASAP. Tom showed up on time to do the quote and was very reasonable. What I liked most about Tom was he was honest, fair, personable but most importantly he cared that my needs were being met; oh and did I mention extremely knowledgeable! His crew showed up "early", they were all so polite and friendly. They did the job quick but with efficiency. They were truly professional. Cleaned up and was careful of my plants which I am truly thankful for. I really can't say enough about Tom and his team. They are truly wonderful group of professionals who know what they are doing and can be trusted to get the best! I would highly recommend Mega City Roofer's to anyone in need of roof work. We had our roof reshingled yesterday by Tom and his crew. We are extremely happy with the work that was done. The roof looks great and the property was spotless when they were done. Tom is wonderful to work with and very reliable. This project is a bit more tricky as I had to do insulation at the same time, he coordinated with the insulation company and his team worked very nicely with them to get the job done. The work was done in 2 days, I am very happy with my new roof.

Tom was very pleasant to deal with for the initial quote. Finally got some decent weather to get the job done and it was done very well. Crew was very professional to deal with and the work and clean up were amazing. They took great care of my property and ensured the work area was safe for my family to come and go as needed. Tom and his crew did our approximately 2,000 sq.ft roof (my measurement) last Fall with the full GAF Timberline HD system. Great job and cleanup. With the big wind and rain yesterday, I had a small leak in the garage ceiling, and thought there might be a gap in the flashing above. Tom returned my call and was out to inspect and add caulking within 2 hours! (and the problem may also have to do with masonry.)

A roof dam had formed on the front of our house, just above our son's bedroom . A leak had formed and came into the house, just above his bed. I called Tom on a Sunday evening and he was quick to answer. He listened to my story, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment the following day. He and Rom showed up on time and finished the job within the time specified. He provided solutions and next steps. We were very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. When it comes time to replace our roof...this company will be my first call!

Overall, I am very satisfied by the work completed by Mega City Roofing. Tom was wonderful to work with, is very personable and is always available if you need him. The price is fair, and was in the ball park of other quotes I received, but with a better warranty. The job completion was prompt, the crew was punctual and polite. The roof looks great; I couldn't be happier with the results. My only concern was with the clean up; in walking around my home I am continuing to pick up garbage and a substantial amount of cigarette butts on the driveway and lawn (incl. the neighbour's), as well as roofing nails. Also, there are a few pieces of the old shingles hanging from my neighbour's gutter, which I cannot reach to remove. Overall, however, I am quite satisfied.
