Hi Bak, we’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has fallen short of your expectations. Building a home is certainly not a perfect process and, although we strive for perfection each time, it’s clear that we missed our mark here. Mattamy does have quality assurance processes in place, and we are always looking for ways to improve for our customers. Regarding the closing date delays you experienced, we certainly understand that this can be frustrating and stressful and therefore do not do so without just cause. As you may know, there are many moving parts involved when building a home and any unexpected disruptions with materials, trades, weather conditions or other critical components can and do result in delays in our construction schedule. Our goal is to provide our homeowners with their keys as soon as possible while ensuring that their homes are completed with quality, care, and safety in mind.
