Terrible service upon home delivery
I bought a village home in Half Moon Bay South, phase 4. Soooo many issues with the house and very poorly/cheaply built. It's like it was built on a Friday. Everyone in a hurry to get it done and go home. That's just scratching the surface though. Once they have delivered your home to you....good luck. Getting anyone at the warranty office to return your calls, answer the phone or return emails is like pulling teeth.
I waited so long for one particular question, that I just walked right into the office to inquire. And guess what the 'service person' who was supposed to be helping me was doing? Sitting at the front desk, surfing the internet. When I asked if she received my TWO voice mails, she stumbled on her words. Guilty! And caught doing nothing.
Every single appointment I have had post delivery...they have shown up late for or not at all. Today is another one of those days. A painter is supposed to come and paint a hole that was left unpatched in my powder room (I was told this was normal - really guys??). I have been waiting an hour.
They make me feel like every time I need them for something that should have been done properly in the first place, that I am inconveniencing them. I can practically hear them rolling their eyes.
The turnover rate is insane. I have dealt with 3 different repair people (I've been here 6 months). Apparently two were fired. And am now on my 3rd warranty advisor. What the hell?
Zero consistency. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality. Very disappointed. Mattamy was great pre delivery. After that, you're on your own. I will never buy a home with Mattamy again.
