Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

Following up from my review of nov 2013 - we hired Maret and her team to clean every surface in the house so as to avoid an allergic reaction from my highly and deathly allergic child - after their very thorough and professional clean and having the Duct Cleaning Specialists clean our duct work we were thrilled that there were no allergy symptoms. Thanks Maret and team!

After getting Maret's full first time cleaning (which was excellent) I decided to have them come and clean my place every week. I couldn't be happier with the results. Lourdes and Rafael keep my place as clean as the first time. They also handle my laundry with care and attention. The best thing about them is that their standards are as high as my own.

We have been using Maret's team for a couple of years now and without fail our home is perfectly cleaned every two weeks. And during the times when we are away for extended periods it has been effortless to communicate with Jackie in the office to arrange for special cleaning projects for the house given that the regular maintenance is light for the week.

Maret's Quality Home Cleaning really do live up to their reputation. They are the first company we've found who are meticulous and attend to every detail. We have very high expectations and Maret and her staff have the same expectations for themselves. They really understand how to offer a top quality service with great customer service. We were completely unhappy with our last cleaning service, so we scanned Homestars for whoever seemed the most professional, and Maret's fit the bill. As others have mentioned it's not the lowest-cost option, but we were more than fed up with the poor performance of the low-cost options so we decided to test Marets' value. We were NOT disappointed. Maret's team does an incredibly thorough job when cleaning. In fact, they're so thorough that we switched from once a week to once every two weeks. We could never have pulled that off with our old cleaner. So that certainly defrays the cost.

They've also accommodated every suggestion and request, including when our schedule necessitated a day change. Jackie constantly asks for feedback on their service and the cleaners' performance, which is a welcome change.

All in all we couldn't be happier with the service we get from Maret's. Worth every penny!

I now understand the reason to hire Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Ltd. rather than an individual to clean a house. If there is any question or concern about the quality of the work there is no need to confront the house cleaner. Maret and/or Jackie will do all the negotiating and insure that the customer is happy.
They hire reliable and competent people and then train them well.

I have been using Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Ltd. to clean my bungalow for the last 6 months on a biweekly basis. Their work is consistently excellent! Diana, who is my homecare person, is punctual and professional, has incredible attention to detail, meticulous in her cleaning of each room, advises of when more product is required in advance of the next cleaning and is a lovely person as well. I am very happy with Marets and highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been using Maret's service for over a year now. To be honest, I was skeptical reading all the reviews, i thought i should try them out.
I am very particular with some area's, but Maret's cleaners know how to deliver the results!
We are still very happy with them and always look forward to them coming.

Maret came out to do an estimate on my newly purchased condo, we agreed on a price and a schedule of what needed to be cleaned, and set a date for cleaning. In the meantime, I had some contractors come in to install some wiring and they left a huge mess.

On the cleaning day, Jackie and Maret + 4 others came in, and while shocked at the amount of drywall dust, they agreed to do what they could for the same amount of time, but said that cleaning from this state would take double the original quoted time. After Maret left, Jackie and her crew worked hard cleaning everything. In the end, they finished cleaning everything, with extra attention to areas that I wanted them to focus on, cleaned up all the drywall dust, and made it in time for the original quote.

Overall, I'm very pleased with Maret's Quality Home Services. Thanks Jackie, et al.!

Maret and her team did an amazing job. We never thought the house would be clean but they were very thorough and diligent. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving into a new home or who's just had a renovation done. They were so thorough that they even left a list of items that they just couldn't get clean (which weren't many). A great experience.
