The technicians (D.J. Bernard) arrived right on time and were done within approximately 2.5 hours, including an extra job that we asked them to do. No surprises in the costs as we were informed up front what the costs were for each job. They identified the leak quickly and were able to fix it.

They even gave advice on how to stop one of the toilets from constantly running without upselling us on a more expensive toilet. Very happy with the work done and professional attitude and would recommend and use again.

D.J. and Greg showed up on time, took the time to answer all my questions, installed a new water softener and fixed a couple of minor issues at no cost and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Both were very professional and courteous. Should anyone ask, I will highly recommend Lodder Brothers and especially D.J. and Greg.

Our shower pipe was leaking into our dinning room ceiling, Kyle narrowed down where the leak was happening and fixed our problem in under an hour. I wish we had called sooner, instead of trying to fix it ourselves and only making more damage to our ceiling. Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

Our Kitchen sink fell off our granite and the plumbing was messed up. DJ solved both problems quickly and expertly. We have used this company many times and I will not go elsewhere. The price quote is always the price. Very reasonable for the quality. They back the work. Friendly. Courteous. (They always tidy up before they leave!!)

I needed a new line installed under my deck to connect the outside tap with my water hose (several feet away); Sean installed new hose bib for draining the line int he winter time, and now I'm all set to go, great solution to my issue. Sean was assigned the difficult task of installing a new shower system. He and his apprentice worked hard from 1:30 to 7:30 Friday evening to complete the install. They both looked exhausted at the end of the day. This assignment should have been scheduled for the full day. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the water pressure in the house over the weekend. The shut off valve was not fully open. The problem was corrected on Monday. Sean is a very skillful plumber with a lot of patience, applying his problem solving skills installing the shower system. Thanks for a job well done. Bill Jeffrey

In process of finishing my basement and I was worried about my ability to add a water line when I replace my fridge

Lodder brothers were extremely helpful in providing advice on roughing in the water line and capping it.

When they arrived they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, they identified a concern related to Guelph's hard water and connecting directly to to the water softener.
