I was incredibly pleased with the same day service call and great service from Lodder Brothers. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had the issue resolved within the hour. We would recommend Lodder Brothers and would use their services again.

I was pleased that Lodder Brothers was able to provide same-day service. Jason arrived as scheduled and after checking my sump pump explained the problem to me. He clearly set out my options to repair or replace and the costs involved. He also explained the warranty on the pump. I based my decision to replace the pump on his very knowledgeable information. I appreciated his friendly and efficient service. I would contact Lodder Brothers again for any plumbing issues.

Jason came and he had the drain unclogged within 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me some future maintenance advice. I have used Lodder Brothers before and Would definitely use them again

Called for service around one arrived at two which was excellent. Our faucet had been leaking for awhile I fixed it but It was still leaking when Jason came out he said that it has been installed wrong and had been the cause of the problem all along. (Installed before we moved in). A new faucet had to be purchased Jason installed it, it was tricky because of the damage done under the sink but a good job was done in the end. Jason was a gentleman and I honestly felt like he was part of the family, he was so nice. Thank you for a job well done. Bill from Kitchener

They were able to come quickly and replace the shut off valve to my outdoor faucet and replace the faucet outside. This job took them less than one hour and they charged over $300. Even with my $35 coupon their prices are ridiculously high. The service seems fine, but save your money and find a different plumber.

Chris inspected all of my plumbing as part of Lodder Brothers protection plan. He found that one of the sink drainpipes wasn't properly vented and he quickly repaired it. He also changed a shower head and cleaned out a drain. He showed me how to clean out the trap in the future to prevent slow drainage in the future. He also patiently explained how the water softener works and when to put in salt and what should be done with the sump pump. Overall a very helpful visit!
