Loc Tite Interlocking

The crew that came out were nice and professional job looks great big thanks to Gregg and his crew the contract was signed April 20 the job was completed within a week as promised.

I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family which I have already done.

We hired Gregg and loc-tite to complete interlock work at our home. No sooner then they finished the work we had problems. Our driveway rattles from all the loose paver's. The flag stone fell from the porch in the back. The drainage they installed holds all the water and backs up in our garage drain because the water pipe never drains properly. We have called this company and emailed them so many times I've lost count. For over a year they have said they will repair or say they are coming but never show up. I have left so many messages for Gregg to call and he Never returns calls or emails. I have given so many chances for this company to make good on their warranty and there false promises to make the repairs for my project. If your looking for any warranty on your project do not use Loc-tite interlocking. They just ignore you till you hire another company to fix their mess or you just give up.

Update to this review. Gregg attended with his crew to my home personally to make the repairs required . I was provided with a sincere apology and an explanation for the delay in my repairs. Gregg even called personally to follow up that everything repaired was still good, as I had an issue with drainage that was addressed with the repairs they completed. As I have used this company several times in the past and was happy with the work they provided. I was disappointed in the time line to make the repairs for this projects repairs. At the end of the day Gregg made good on his company's warranty.
As this was the first project I had issues on with Loc-Tite workmanship. I am boosting their rating from the 0 to a 7. Thank you Gregg and Loc-tite for coming through for me. Even after this experience I would still give Loc-Tite another chance with my business.

I was concerned about price,quality and timing.
There were some unforeseen issues but ultimately we are totally satisfied.
They always responded promptly and I am confident they will always be there for us if we need them in the future.

Please beware of this company. Over 6 weeks ago we signed a contract and were promised that the work would commence in 3 weeks. This was the assurance made to us by the salesperson, Jesse, prior to signing the contract. We were very pleased to hear that the work would commence so promptly; we felt Jesse was honest and personable so we agreed to pay $1,500.00 as a deposit for a $15,000.00 job. The work did NOT commence 3 weeks later and we were told by Jesse it would start within the next 2-3 weeks and perhaps even sooner. We are now just over 6 weeks from the date the contract was signed and we have no commitment from the company as to a proposed start date. When we attempted to communicate our concerns to Jesse and the owner, Gregg, we were ignored. Only when we asked for our deposit back did we get a call back from Gregg. He said "Not even God could make me give you that deposit back". It seems loc-tite is in the business of making promises they can't keep so that they can take clients' deposit money and then they ignore those clients without justification. We will be hiring an alternate company to do the work we originally wanted and we are now sadly out of pocket $1,500.00.

I live in North York. Had my driveway installed about a week ago... Very pleased with the way it looks, The installers worked pretty quick there were about 6 guys working to install my driveway..it took about 4 days. It was messy but now that's all done.. Very pleased with the service and workmanship ... Waited three weeks for Loc-tite to come and start ..
It's worth it! Thank you Loc- Tite, My daughter , myself and my hubby can park three vehicles now.

My project included interlock in front of the house and a patio on my backyard.
Excellent job has been done; all issues I pointed out were addressed and resolved.

Loc-Tite, did my back patio and a walkway to the front of the house, I was undecided on the brick style and colour, but the salesman brought me all kinds of samples and after a week and lots of help from the salesman, I finally made my choice and I am so happy with the results, even my neighbours are a bit jealous, but I assure them they can have the same look. the work took 3 weeks to complete but I was glad they took their time.

I am very happy with Loc-Tite and will recommend them again and again.
