Loc Tite Interlocking

We just had our interlock done by locktite and they did a great job!! We just put a pool in and the design and workmanship by locktite was outstanding. The crew was very knowledgable and worked very hard. They answered all our questions and made sure every detail was taken care of. A special thanks to ray's crew... Thanks for doing a great job !!! We would highly recommend this company and would request ray's crew. Thanks again !

Quite a bit of delay between contract signing (mid May) and completion of work (beginning of September), but I am happy with the outcome. They are not taking on projects under $2500, but their work is pretty good.

Hi, We called Fotti to give us the quote, Fotti was very professional, he really guided us very nicely and designed our whole backyard very nicely and drew everything on paper. We signed the contract on July 21st, 2013 with 2 years warranty, which is very very important. Fotti told that in approximate 3 week, but since weather was not good, things got delayed, understandable.
Next Tony & Crew came to dig up the backyard etc, they did fantastic job, their attitude was very nice, when they left after digging, they didnot leave any garbage etc in front of my or my neighbour's house, cleaned everything nicely before leaving.
3rd Jeff & Crew showed up, and they worked for 4 and half days and did everything whatever was promised and more, very nicely, and very professionally. We are extremely satisfied with the way Jeff and crew worked, Jeff was very nice, and patient to hear everything and explain in detail.
Overall starting with Fotti, Tony & Crew & in the end Jeff & Crew were very professional and customer service was excellent.
I would say if you have to wait a little, but in return you get the best quality work, that should be it. We are very happy with the work, and don't even care about the little extra wait.

I am extremely disappointed with the work and customer service provided by Loctite. We signed the contract with Foti on July 25, 2013 and was promised that the work would begin in three weeks. Well three weeks came and went so therefore we called Foti to see when possibly they would be coming to do the work. Many calls and none returned. We get a call in the morning last week that the crew were on their way to our house. We were on our way to work!!! They completed the job and when we returned from work we were shocked at the poor quality of workmanship done. I called Foti and of course he has not called me back. I have emailed him pictures of the various issues. Looking at the front of my house makes me very upset. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Let's see if I get a response from Foti. I will keep you posted. Update: I am very impressed at how quickly Greg contacted me and came out to the house to see the issues. He was very understanding and is willing to resolve the issues and to ensure that we are satisfied. Now this is what customer service is all about. Thank you Greg, I appreciate it!!! Update #2: Greg and his crew came out this past weekend to fix the issues and did a fantastic job! Thank you!

I am sooo disappointed - after seeing such nice work at other homes, and hearing rave reviews from a friend, I have been subjected to bullying by crews who arrived unannounced, was screamed at on the phone by the owner and have been left with a dirt path where my front walk should be. Stone was simply dumped and strewn around with no screening, the sod was cut haphazardly and I was told this was the "right" way to set an interlocking front walk.The only good thing about this company is the office staff. If you have a small job, this is NOT the company you want to hire.
FOLLOW UP: There's been no misunderstanding. I have saved voice messages, so the company has all my contact information (home/office/cell) and no effort was made in the past 4 months to make things right. At this point, I am moving on.
