Got a couch, coffee table, TV table and area rug from them. They told me area rug would come in 2-3 weeks at a time of purchase and I was okay with that. Couch, coffee table and TV table were delivered the following week. Coffee table and TV table were both defective (glue, scratches, bubbles, etc.). Contacted them for a replacement and scheduled a delivery the next week. A day before delivery got a "sorry" call saying area rug is still not in stock, they asked if it could be delivered the following Saturday. I agreed as my preference would be to have less mess getting everything at once. Last night (two days before rescheduled delivery) I got another "sorry" call and of course I wasn't okay with that. Fortunately all was resolved and the guy from Leon's told me they would deliver everything as discussed (on Saturday). Today (one day before delivery) I got a third "sorry" call what made me very upset and of course I expressed all to them. Lady was very very rude, unpleasant, did not care about solving the issue nor helping me, got defensive and at the end refused to transfer me over to her manager! Oh and told me to speak to the store I bought the furniture from (aren't they all Leon's stores???). And why should I be the one trying to find my furniture location and beg for delivery??? Anyways, apparently the area rug's been in Scarborough all this month and delivering it to Etobicoke (20mins) drive is too much of a hassle for them... So now it's just my business as they have nothing to do with this... Do not, I repeat, do not deal with them. 0 customer service, they won't pick up their phones, will treat you like you're no one after collecting the money and will give you empty promises. I was way more happy with my Ikea's bedroom furniture. Will never buy from them again and will take care of the appropriate word-of-mouth "referral"!
