We are very happy with the service we got starting from the design to the installation. It was a quick and painless process - Tom was quick to measure and design to our needs and Shaun worked very clean and efficient. We will definitely recommend Tom and his team to anybody looking to design their space; and call them for our other projects in the future without hesitation.

Alex was a pro from start to finish- responded to my inquiry within 1 hr- set up consultation immediately-came EXACTLY when he said and kept communication line open. His consult showed his knowledge was vastly greater than mine but he allowed me to lead to ensure I got the closet that I wanted. The 3D .pdf allowed me to know exactly what I was getting and although it looked very good, I never imagined it would be as nice as the finished product was. Installation was a breeze- Alex and his colleague showed up again, exactly when they said they would and took exactly as long to complete work as they said....you will notice I say EXACT a lot when referring to the quality of service and craftsmanship. Alex offered ways to reduce price rather than overload it and price me out of the market, upon completion I immediately asked for quotations for closets and spaces throughout my house. Needless to say, my closet is now the best part of my house.

I contacted Tom Turnbull from Kwik Kloset on a reference--a friend had recommended them. The closets were the last item in our renovation--we had spent a year dealing with many different subcontractors and our gc. Honestly I cannot think of one negative thing to say about my experience with Kwik Kloset. Their quote was very competitive, the design experience positive--Tom dealt very well with all of my back and forth--and the results were outstanding. My cabinet maker who did our custom kitchen and vanities even commented on what a great job they had done. Tom is installing for a friend of mine who saw his work at our house. Their service is fantastic, they do what they say they are going to do, and they are very pleasant and service oriented. 5 stars.

We recently moved into our new home and wanted a custom master bedroom closet. I contacted Kwik Kloset Inc. and Alex came to my home for a consultation. He was extremely professional and designed an amazing closet for us. I did get other quotes but Kwik Kloset was by far the best design with competitive pricing. I must have emailed Alex 25 times with questions and changes to the design and he, without hesitation, made any change I requested and answered all questions I had. When he came to install he stayed until the closet was complete. My husband and I love our new closet and will definitely be calling kwik kloset again for future projects as well as recommending them whenever possible. Thanks Alex!!!

I am putting in a review because I am moving into my next new home and I have Kwik Klosets installing my closet organizers and laundry room cabinets once again. I know what the other person said about Scott Prichard and although he is terrible at replying to e-mails and messages, he does fantastic work! The owner is very professional and I could count on him a few times when I had questions. We just had Scott come and measure for our new home that we move into in March and we are very excited for the install. Scott gave me great ideas and I can count on him and Kwik Closets whenever I need them! Looking forward to seeing our finished product! Sean was a fantasitc contractor. He was very helpful, really took the time to listen to us, and took the time to create a computer mockup of the whole project. Prices were reasonable, and the final product is fantastic.

We had our closet installed by Scot Pritchard in Burlington-Oakville. In the end, he did excellent work and we are very happy with the finished product. We live in an older home where walls and ceilings aren't perfect, and he spent a lot of extra time making sure everything fit perfectly.

Where Kwik Kloset loses points is Scott's overall attitude while completing the job and his level of customer service. He was very moody overall while in our home and sometimes wouldn't show up on a day he was scheduled to come and work. We would call him and he never picks up his phone, and emails are returned weeks afterward. He had to come order an extra piece for our closet and that took a couple of months for him to return. Although we're happy with the finished product, we're not sure it was worth the agony.

Evan Deptuck from Kwik Kloset did an excellent job of installing shelving in our corner pantry. He took the time to determine what our needs were and designed a pantry system that maximized the space. The shelving was installed in the time indicated and the product quality is excellent. Evan provided a quality product at a competitive rate and we would definitely consider him for future organization projects. Thank you!!

We had a great experience with Sean right from the beginning. Sean was friendly, listened to our design ideas and came up with improved designs for 2 walk-in closets, a pantry, and a reach-in closet.
An advantage is that not only does he design the closets but he also installs them. He is very aware of what is practical both from a design perspective and cost effectiveness. We all love our closets and would highly recommend Sean. Thanks Sean for a great job!
