Suddenly my treadmill machine stopped - no power on the receptacle.
I called an electrician listed in a flyer I received from my mailbox. This electrician spent thirty minutes but could not find the problem and wanted to run new electrical wire to the bedroom receptacle.

I call Mr. Kia from Homestars.com, the “owner” of Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd. who immediately responded to my call and was at my place in ten minutes to fix the problem. These guys know what they are doing. Mr. Kia took five minutes to find the open receptacle and fixed the problem. He also removed the old on/off lighting switch and replaced them with new on/off switch with dimmer light control in two bedrooms and also fixed the wiring problem with the kitchen counter receptacles which always keep tripping the control breaker when using standard appliances. All this within the same time the first electrician took and could not find the problem. I am very pleased with the excellent job done by Mr. Kia and Kiya Sunrise Electrical Ltd.

I have known Mr. Kia Daliri since early 1982, and he proved to me to be very honest, trustworthy, sincere, punctual, reasonable, reliable and professional. In 1986 I had Mr. Kia (owner of “Kiya Sunrise Electric”) and his team did all the Industrial Electrical installation (singled and three phased) work necessary for a new Plastic containers manufacturing Company in Woodbridge Ontario.
He and his team completed the job before the scheduled time and everything worked perfectly. This team of qualified professionals knows what they are doing. I will always use them and willingly recommend this company to anyone.

I called several electricians who had good reviews on Homestars however only Kiya called me back immediately. One other company got back to me after I contacted them three times. I had both Kiya and the other company come in to provide me with a quote and Kiya's was 1/3 of the price; I figured with the good reviews and the price discrepancy I would go with Kiya. Kiya was able to schedule me within a week of me giving him the go ahead. He was very good about communicating with me; he was not able to come at the agreed upon time so he called the evening before and let me know he would be later than expected. Originally we believed there were only two sections of knob and tube in the house, however, upon further inspection Kiya discovered there was one additional area that needed to be addressed and he fixed this as well for the original price quoted. I would definitely use Kiya again and I would certainly recommend his services. He does quality work.

I contacted Kiya because they were well reviewed. The gentleman called me back promptly and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time which was excellent. My dissatification was around the price he charged me. It arrears my issue was around the fact that I blow the "arc breaker". I was not able to locate the breaker (it wasn't only the breaker panel) as it was a new home. The guy was at my house for 15 mins and charged me $280 which was a complete sticker shock. I even inquired to the price prior to him starting but he would not give me a direct answer. I generally would have no problem but I found this to be unreasonable to show me where to switch a breaker. I would probley not use him again because he will likely overcharge again.

Kia and his team did a great job. We initally thought the house only had 25% knob and tube, but once they started working it was clear that the house was almost entirely wired with knob and tube. The team worked quickly to upgrade all the electrical wiring, add new sockets, and install fixtures throughout the house. Any holes that were made to our walls were patched up. Kia is very reliable and easy to work with. He even added a few extras (pot light & porch light) at no additional cost. I highly recommend Kiya Sunrise Electrical.

A few weeks ago I was in search of a reliable and affordable electrician to install several pot lights in our basement. I ran across Kiya's advertisement on home star and called. Unlike others, he promptly returned my call and came to look at the job the very next day. He was honest and was willing to work within our budget. He even went as far as to take care of some additional wiring issues that I had intended on tackling at a later date. Kia and his team did an amazing job and even finished and cleaned up all in one day!!! We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great job. One other thing that I felt distinguished them from others was that they called a week or two later to see how things were working out! Now, I am not sure of other peoples experiences as home owners in dealing with companies to maintain or update your homes but I thought that was very thoughtful and genuine of them!! THANK YOU:)

I planned to put few pot light in my living room, but i have no idea, i called for kiya for help and they came the estimated and give me suggestion, it was fast, nice and clean, i would recommend to my friend!

Kiya was very punctual, finished the job as agreed, on-time and on budget. Cleaned-up, and did some extra things that he did not charge for. I will definetely use him for all of my future electrical needs.

Kiya was able to come and install 2 bathroom ceiling fans the day after I called him. I had to have one installed before the attic insulation was done so that the duct work could be done properly, and Kiya said no problem. His expertise was put to work, as the wiring for the existing light switch had been done incorrectly, but he knew where to find the junction box so that a timer could also be installed. He did an excellent job on both of my fans, and offered to put in proper duct work to replace the existing duct in the basement, to optimize the function of the new fan. While he was in the basement, he noticed that there was a live wire coming out of the electrical panel that had been cut, and was just hanging in the air! He promptly, and safely removed it, and showed me which breaker it had come from. He also came back another day to install a new light fixture in the basement bathroom, for no extra charge.
I will definitely have Kiya do all of my future electrical work, and would highly recommend him to others.
