Junk It!

Second time using Junk It!. Phoned Junk It! to get some clarification on what can and can't go in the bin and staff were friendly and informative. Booked online and saved a few bucks too! Plenty of email reminders as to when delivery and pick-up would occur. Bin was delivered nice and early on the day of, and bin was placed exactly where requested. Overall, a good experience and would use Junk It! again.

Friendly and helpful customer service which also included email reminders. Great website and easy to use. Bin was delivered and Picked up as promised. Pricing is competitive and what I expected to pay. I would recommend Junk It to our family and friends and will definitely use them again the next time I need a bin.

I have ordered a dumpster bin online and chose form a clear selection of choices. It was delivered timely and placed where I asked. The driver was courteous and bin removal occurred on the day I requested. I like this service and can recommend to others.

The people on the phone were very friendly and helpful; the crew who came to remove our junk was good. They worked quickly, and cleaned up very well (there was a lot of small debris to get). We had more than a full bin worth of junk and so they scheduled me in for a return visit the very next morning to pick up the rest. I would definitely use them again.

I called Junk-it initially for the full service pickup for an old wooden fence that had fallen in the spring. The guys showed up to give me a quote and it was a little pricier than I though it would be, but they were very helpful in giving other options. They were very friendly with no pressure. I ended up opting for the self service 10 yard bin, and they were able to get it delivered the same day. I spoke with a manager named Alex and everything was setup quickly for the delivery. The guy that brought the bin was very friendly and was very careful with the drop off as to not get too close to my car or break branches off my tree.

All in all, I would recommend Junk-it for either service.

The team was extremely professional – even though I was not on site – they called to confirm the items that were to be taken, they called to advise of extra charges that would apply to concrete = they called again to confirm whether a certain item was to be taken. I was really impressed that they took the time to make sure that they had taken the correct items. Amazing customer service.

Through our dozens of home projects, I've booked bin disposal services several times, including Junk It once before. My first experience with JunkIt was good, but had tried a couple other local places in an attempt to save a buck.

This time, mid-day, we decided to see if we could get a bin for the same day to remove an old rotted deck - Jaime at the Toronto location tried his best to accommodate our last-minute request and came through, and even honoured the $25 online booking discount (since we weren't able to book online for the same day). He was really patient with me on the phone even though I had some distractions when I was on the call. We had booked the bin for 2 days, but we managed to fill it within 2 hours.. called Jaime back, and he made arrangements to have the bin picked up the next day. We were thrilled when the truck arrived the next AM... too many of our neighbours are letting their disposal bins sit on their driveways for weeks... we didn't want to be like them.

The driver was quick and professional with both the drop-off and pick-up of the bin.

Most of all, we were satisfied with the email confirmations, receipt and prompt communication of the bin weigh-in - The weight communicated seemed just about right for what was in the bin. With other suppliers we've used in the past, we most often felt like the weight was seriously padded, and we'd often been surprised with additional $300-$500 credit card charges (on top of the base bin fee), with no communication on the weight unless we followed up.

We will book Junk It again should we need a bin disposal again. They were prompt, efficient, priced competitively and fair.

I needed to clear up all the mess in my house and around it. I got Junk IT to do it for me. I was very pleased with the service and follow up. Moreover i am pleased with the professional way of handling things and very straight business ethics.
