Jia Jia Moving

There team was very professional. They came and packed my pictures and wrapped my furniture. Moved me and unpacked without a scratch.

I have used Jia Jia many times and have recommended them to others. They are fast, reliable, and careful. The day we moved was very cold (early January) but that didn't stop them from hustling without any complaints. Highly recommended!!

They were on time, efficient and professional. Moved from a condo with locker to a house. I would use them again.

I couldn't believe how fast and efficient these three guys were. We didn't know what to expect but they arrived on time and were finished loading the truck in an hour and a half. We didn't have the elevators for another 2 hours so we told them to go have lunch since we had booked them so early and they were so fast. We got the elevators at the home a half an hour early, I called the man to let him know and in 10 minutes he was at the location. They u loaded in an hour and a bit as we too were organized and had labelled each box with a number corresponding to the room. Boy were they fast and not a single item broken. I would definitely highly recommend Jia Jia international movers. Even with them charging a service charge as a tip, we also gave the men each an additional tip afterwards and well worth it.

Moving is always stressful and previous movers have been troublesome. Girlfriend has used jia jia twice and this move was very fast and very professional. They picked up everything and delivered what was needed to two different locations. They even put furniture back in places that made sense (eg coffee table in front of sofa) and dealt with some difficult situations like parking, traffic and condo elevators. Highly recommend.

Moving is stressful but Jia Jia moving made it easy for me. Crystal at the office and two very professional, expert and nice movers Leo and Xia did an excellent job. This is the first time when I moved and nothing is damaged or scratched. They put the furniture in their places and assembled quickly and flawlessly. For the whole move, time took a lot less than I expected. No surprise or hidden charge. My friend recommended them to me and I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them. I certainly will use their service in future when needed.

These guys are the most professional movers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They are, and will forever be my movers!!

My 3rd or 4th time using them in the last 2 years (can't remember), always efficient and friendly; this time though the guys found broken items from the move before (the guys before them on last move to storage stacked things very carelessly and caused them to break), they were the ones to point it out, basically said the guys before were dumb for the way they stacked items...heavy things on TOP of fragile things like glass and mirrors. The guys said they were going to let head office know, so I am planning to wait a few days to see if they contact me...otherwise I will call them to see how this is resolved. I'm curious because this is the 1st time I have had an issue, I'm hoping it goes well...and if course will this my 3rd time using them in 2 years, today a 10×15, 10×10, and 10×5 storage units (3 units) in Aurora going to a 3000 sq.ft house in Stouffville, 2 large trucks + 4 guys took 7 hours...these guys really worked hard, most of the stuff went either upstairs or basement...alot of stuff & alot of steps, and still smiling at the end. I think the 10% service fee gets divided amongst other employees too, not all to the workers.$1900

Updated : 22 November 2016. Still awaiting management response 4 days after moving and lodging a complaint and management commenting below on responding "tomorrow" which has come and gone. The integrity & credibility of a company shows when it comes time for issue resolution. After calling multiple times I reached the 905 number - I was asked to send a written complaint. I told the person on the phone a written complaint was already sent out, and I am awaiting a response. At that point she advised me it will be THREE business days for a response.

4th time I used them to move. Have had very positive experiences before and have recommended them to many of my friends who have used them.
This time will be the last.Will not recommend to ANYONE.Extremely poor service took 4hrs to pack a truck with 2 movers - we live in a 650sqft CONDO had our boxes packed and lined up for easy Dolly access. Extremely slow workers, had no idea how to move things out of the condo into the elevator. Tried many different ways on how to move furniture in and out of doorways. Elevator was always half empty on rides. After 1.5hrs of slow inefficient moving the two men weny missing for 45 mins - the concierge at the condo called to ask us if the move was completed as the movers were missing from the loading dock area and were hanging about. As I peeped from the 17th floor if the apartment one of them was sitting by the condo garden playing on his iphone. I sent my husband down to check what was going on - and they got startled and started back slowly.
I called customer service to ask them if workers take such long breaks during a move and also I was very concerned at the pace they were working. They were going to refer the matter to the management but told me due to the nature of the work workers take breaks. I understand as a human being and I have worked with these guys before and NEVER had an experience like this.My husband, his brother and I started moving stuff ourselves as these two guys were so slow. When my husband and brother in law were not in the vicinity one of the workers got into a verbal argument with me for informing the company about their "5 min break". Our 3 hr elevator booking was far exceeded - the condo management and guards confirmed they have NEVER seen such slow inefficient movers and have never seen other movers hanging about idling during a move.
When my husband asked to ride with them to the destination in the truck they refused and took EXACTLY 1.5 hrs to get there - we drove there in 35 mins. The movers were very angry with us for calling head office and were EVEN more slow. An organized move from a 650sqft condo has costed us $700+ and 8.5hrs in Toronto. Distance between the locations = 12km. At least the condo concierge and management took down the mover name to warn future residents about the company when booking elevators. Be warned - always ask how long they anticipate the move will take and always keep checking on what the movers are upto. Really bad experience that we do not want at this point. Very disappointed. Will never used the service again.

There was also damage caused to our new property - a light fixture was broken on the ceiling, an no apology from the mover who broke it. My husband finally sent them away as soon as possible to avoid further damage or discomfort to all concerned. Awaiting management resolution.
