Replace windows and patio door

Inline replaced most of the windows and the back patio door in our ~110 year old home. The windows look great and it has certainly improved our level of comfort both winter and summer. Dmitry was great to deal with. He was responsive and knows the product. It took a bit of pushing to get the installer guys nailed down to a date, but no real complaint there. Busy is good I guess; it means they and their product are in demand. One small area for improvement would be the design of the drain holes in the bottom of the frames. They're only visible when the windows are open, but they look a bit unfinished. Overall we're very satisfied with the product and service.

Whole home renovation

Inline was recommended to me by a mutual connection that also does business with them. My experience was exceptional and professional - from initial meeting, to getting a hands-on demonstration of their product, to delivery of my windows. My contact was very communicative with respect to product completion and installation ideas. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and I will be back again.

Replacement Windows and Installation

For those readers who are like myself and need everything in the first paragraph or it will not be read, Inline Fibreglass windows and installation services are the best experiences I have had in my home upgrade process.

Background:
46 year old typical side split in Burlington, typical original builder grade windows which acted more like a bug screen than a functioning window. I had several companies from around the area come in and give me their sales pitch and quotes, all of which were breathtakingly terrible experiences. The sales people were aggressive, the quotes left me wondering just what materials these windows were made of (vinyl and glass could not be that expensive), and then it was a struggle to get them OUT of my house at the end of it. In the end, I had 2 windows replaced by one of the big box home retailers because they just had to be (mistake). After a couple of year of other projects, I had to get back to that ugly window thing again. Contacted Inline Fibreglass, things were not so ugly this time.

The Service:
Sales people were polite, timely and they listened. They didn't have the demo "stuff" ("now, can you feel the heat from the light behind this glass") because they didn't need to. They listened to my needs and prepared their quote based on that, no suggestions, no additions.
The Installation crew arrived on time for both the measurements and the installation. I had no concerns in regards to this being the third installation they were performing, Mike and Tony have been doing this job for years and it shows. Their knowledge and performance are excellent.

The Product:
The windows I have had installed are SOLID, attractive and perform so much better than the ones they replace that comparisons are useless. My curtains no longer move when the wind blows, my heating and cooling bills are significantly lower, and we can no longer hear conversations taking place on the sidewalk in front of our house. In fact, it took weeks to get used to the lack of noise from outside. As far as price is concerned, excellent value given the product and service. I am now even more confused as to what those others were charging for seeing as they could not match quality of product or service AND they were charging so much more.

the end of the story is, I am so pleased with this experience that those 2 windows I had done 4 years ago by that big box retailer will be replaced in short order.

Hope this helps

Window Replacement

I had an great experience with Inline. They seemed more knowledgeable than the 2 competitive companies we approached. We appreciated that the windows were 'Made in Canada', right here in Toronto. The installation team was excellent, on time, and really took pride in their work. It showed, and we are grateful.

Windows and Patio Door

It was a pleasure doing business with Dmitry (Sales, Project Manager), Mike and Tony (Installers). We had our patio door and all 17 of our windows replaced in our 40 year old house. We lost our nervousness about the project after talking details with Dmitry who also gave us a tour of the Inline factory.

Mike and Tony were very professional, courteous and were always open to any of my annoying questions. I am not a windows professional but I could tell that they took pride in their work and can see some of the detailing that was required in the more difficult parts of the job. Our house is now noticeably brighter, quieter and warmer.

We would definitely do business again with Inline.

I just wanted to say ......I have dealt with in line fibreglass doors since purchasing my In line fibreglass Air line pocket patio door. This door gets a lot of use. It's tough and very secure. 10 Years ago the door was blown off its hinges in a explosion caused by a neighbour who had blown up his house. We looked high and dry but couldn't find a door we like as much as our Inline Fiberglass door. So we had James from Inline come out to our home the door was rebuilt just like new. 20 years later I still get compliments on my Inline Door. Thank you for such an amazing product. Keep up the good work.

Windows

I highly recommend Inline Fiberglass to anyone who's looking to get new windows. Great quality, great pricing, and their customer service was amazing! The whole process was so easy from start to finish. I won't go with anyone else for my windows. And with a lifetime warranty, you know you'll never be disappointed. I've had other companies do my windows, but Inline was by far the best!

Windows for new home

I had a whole house of windows installed and the service from Inline was excellent from start to finish. They were the most competitive of all the quotes I received and the quality is second to none. They also come with a lifetime warranty. The installers did a high quality job and are very professional. I highly recommend Inline.

Casement Window Defect

Very dissatisfied with the customer service surrounding Inlines warranty. Inline's manager James A. confirmed my window seal was broken via photos I sent to him, but since the contractor that installed my windows owed Inline money and has since gone out of business, I do not have a warranty. What relevance does them owing Inline money have to do with their defective product?? What recourse do I have??

Inline has and always will stand behinds its product. It is unfortunate to hear about your experience and we have done all we could to rectify the issue. The windows were purchased by a window dealer from Inline who did not pay for them and went out off business leaving Inline to absorb all costs. We had asked for a copy of the warranty and Carol has not yet responded to our request.
