Iberia met or exceeded all of our expectation. The communication with Chris was great, they came when they said they would, the crew on site was great to have around and when we had a minor issue Chris was there the next morning and corrected it right away. Overall, we are very pleased and will be seeking Iberia out for some additional landscaping work this year.

We were giving their number by a common friend and it was a great choice! After meeting with Frank on a saturday, we left it up to him to come up with a design for our front yard and stairs to our porch. He suggested some interlock to compliment the yard design. It was a fantastic experience.

Just wanted to take a few moments and thank Chris and all his staff at Iberia Landscaping. It was so refreshing to be able to deal with a company that actually provides what they promise and at the rate that is quoted. Our project had started out with another Company which turned out to be a nightmare. Luckily we had heard about Iberia and made the call. From the moment we placed our call to Iberia and spoke to Chris our project took on another life and was everything we had envisioned. Chris and his staff met all our expectations and went above and beyond what was discussed. Chris’s team began the work on our project on the day which was arranged and completed the project ahead of schedule. Staff was very professional cleaning up every night before going home. We contacted Chris and a couple of other companies to get quotes for a major landscaping project in our home.

We live in Toronto's west end on a long, deep, protected ravine lot, which had become overgrown and virtually unusable due to neglect. We had a vision to retain its beauty while making it more functional for a young family; a flagstone terrace, and below that, a leveled grassy area before the yard descended into the ravine.

Chris' quote was not the cheapest, but his ongoing communication around the project and I sensed from his experience and his willingness to listen to our vision that he understood we weren't looking for a cookie-cutter solution.

His team was on time and on site for three weeks in November 2012 to complete the work, including some days where the weather was inclement enough that I never expected them to be there.

Small enhancements to the project were added as we went, and they happily accommodated, including a couple of small tasks they did pro bono (running electrical wire and a downspout drainage system beneath the terrace) without any issue.

We're thrilled with the result and are looking forward to making full use of the yard when spring comes.

Definitely one of the best home improvement contractors we have dealt with. Workmanship and materials were top-notch and the pricing was very fair. Chris and crew responded promptly and worked hard through the job to make sure we were completely happy about everything. They know their stuff and made some great suggestions, but never tried to upsell us on anything. Would definitely use them again.

The flagstone walkway to our house had sunk in sections and had become quite uneven. Also, a retaining wall around a small garden had shifted, sunk and moved away from the house. Both of these problems pushed the curb along the drive over.

Chris arrived when he said to provide an estimate (nice detail). On approval he brought in his crew on the days he said and in three days the walkway, wall and curb were fixed.

It looks beautiful now. We're very happy with the work.

This is the second job that Iberia's done at our place. The first was some landscaping/gardens (they were terrific), and we just had them back to install a cedar fence. They did an incredible job. Chris and his workers were kind, hardworking and very professional. The job was finished quickly and on-budget. The fence looks phenomenal and we would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

The work was actually 3-4 projects in one:
* Redoing the front steps & patio;
* Complete redoing of side walkway;
* Regrading 1/2 of the backyard and repositioning patio stones; and
* Fixing areas of covering concrete that had deteriorated at the ground level.

Options were clearly explained to me.

Cost was very reasonable compared to other contractors that I spoke to.

We went together and selected the stone to be used for the front steps and patio area.

The work, disposal of old material and clean-up was very professionally done.

Continual compliments from the neighbours on the improved appearance of my place. Moreover, one neighbour asked if I was fixing up the place with the plan to sell it. No, it was strictly for my own use.

In a nutshell, very please with the work done and the whole experience with Iberia. Would definitely contract with them again.
