The flooring representative went out of the way to make sure we chose the proper slate tiel for our home. He was very informative and his suggestions were perfect. Our ktichen looks great!

Last spring, I decided to add a new feature to my reasonably sized backyard, so I looked into purchasing a deck from Home Depot. Their specialized staff were very friendly and helpful. I was shown many diagrams and configurations to this new addition and I got to personalize it myself. I enjoy spending the warm weather on my new deck.

Painted entire interior of house, staff was helpful describing the products to us to best suit the needs of our various rooms to be painted. Also discussed with us how they could alter the colour if the tint wasn't bang on. Great customer service.

Our designer at home Depot was so pleasant and helpful, we also truly were happy with the gentlemen that did the installation, Mike and Tony. They were professional, and did a great job in and out in a day and a half.

I would highly recommend Home Depot for guidance with home decorating from the basic to the extreme. They assisted in chosing the best paint to lessen the effort for the expert quality finish with the least amount of effort. They were helpful to answer all questions and concerns and in chosing the proper products for many various home improvements such as plaster type, fill in concrete repairs, and painting accessories. Being a new home owner ...one you can say it's a tad overwhelming.
When trying to choose paint colours for our home we were assisted by friendly staff at the Home Depot who took their time explaining to us the differences between brands and different finishes. They also took the time to go through the most popular paint swatches and helped us decide which shades to chose for our home.

We had a custom made shelving units for all of our closets. Initial meeting to do measurements is free and they are very thorough. Great job done and very quickly done as well.

I bought everything what I needed for my appartments floor renovation. I received all information and a lot of advice from customer service representatives. Only one problem what I had - it is a big line to customer service desk.

Before I did my project I joined the in store seminar and it was a very good one. I learn what I need and how to complete my project easily.

was not pleased that I had to return a product purchased at one location and had to go back to the orginal store.. it was a waste of time .. i throught that return policies are the same at all locations.
however the staff was pleasant and not rude.. it was actually the manager that was not friendly or accomadating
